Having a world class all-rounder in the team is a great blessing for any side.

The value a genuine all-rounder brings to the side can’t be compared to even a

specialist batsman or a specialist bowler. If he fails with the bat, he can chip in

with a useful spell and vice-versa. But what if your team has an all-rounder who

wins you matches, with the bat and with the ball more often than not.

Mohammad Nabi is Calm as a cucumber while batting and wily with the ball

and these aspects have made him one of the most valuable players in the

Afghanistan cricket team He is the leading run-scorer for Afghanistan in ODIs and also features in the

list of top five wicket-takers for them. An invaluable gem he is, isn’t he?

Brilliant player, anyone who denies that has not seen him play and bring him down for being an associate player.

World class player.

After shakib he is the best spin bowling all-rounder in LoIs

Nabi is very underrated. He is the Shakib of Afghanistan.

Would love to see them play Bangladesh in a Test Match.

One of the best all rounder in the world no doubt. Afghan legend. Hope afghan also become a good team in near future.

In the BPL he has scored more runs snd taken more wickets than Shakib and Bravo combined.

Mohammad Nabi: Kent sign Afghanistan all-rounder for T20 Blast

Kent have signed Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi for the first 11 matches of this season's T20 Blast.

Nabi, 34, won the Australian Big Bash with Melbourne Renegades this month.

He played for Leicestershire in the T20 Blast last season and hit 86 off 32 balls to help the Foxes beat Lancashire Lightning at Old Trafford.

"We are thrilled to have beaten several other counties to sign Nabi for our Vitality Blast campaign," Kent director of cricket Paul Downton said.

"He has been an outstanding performer in T20 international cricket as well as the global T20 competitions for a number of years.

"He is a proven match-winner capable of taking the game away from teams with both bat and ball, making him an exciting addition to our squad this year."

I'm gutted after today's loss, but at the same time, I feel happy for Afganistan

Amidst the backdrop of the nearly decade-long Soviet-Afghan War, where more than 10% of the Afghan population tragically perished, a young Afghan boy and his family found refuge in Peshawar, Pakistan, where he first discovered his passion for cricket. His skills were so extraordinary that he made his List-A debut right in Pakistan, squaring off against household names like Wahab Riaz, Salman Butt, and Fawad Alam.

His talent shone from the ICC World Cricket League Division 5 to Division 4 and beyond, ultimately playing a pivotal role in Afghanistan's rise to international cricket prominence.

Remarkably, he made his international debut in 2009, preceding even Afghanistan's current coaching staff. His influence extended far beyond the international stage; he proudly represented Afghanistan in various domestic and franchise leagues and notably became the first Afghan cricketer to grace the IPL auction.

Just a few days ago, he quietly achieved the milestone of becoming Afghanistan's first player to participate in 150 ODIs, a remarkable feat that might have slipped under the radar amid his many accomplishments. Yet, one can't help but believe that today's victory against Pakistan will forever hold a special place in his heart.

While we often discuss the "fab four," "fab five," and the greatest of all time, it's clear that in this century, few individuals have left a more profoundly positive impact on their nation than Mohammad Nabi.

He isn't underrated that much ... There is a reason teams pays for his services all around the world and IPL almost always picks him up. I've seen him replace even Shakib in some of the games for Sunrisers. He is highly regarded in what he does

What a surprise inclusion Mohammad Nabi was in Karachi Kings... he ended up with figures of 2 for 7 in 4 overs.
