Chhath Politics: AAP-BJP Face Off Over 'Fake Ghat' And Yamuna Pollution​


AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal said that the BJP had "made a mockery of the sacred Chhath festival" by creating a special setup for PM Modi.​

A political row erupted in Delhi on Sunday after the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of setting up a "fake Yamuna ghat" with filtered water for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Chhath Puja celebrations.

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, in a post on X, said that the BJP had "made a mockery of the sacred Chhath festival" by creating a special setup for the Prime Minister while ordinary devotees were left to pray in the polluted Yamuna.

Its not Modi, it could be Yogi, Shah or Amrish Puri from the Temple of Doom, any far right, extreme Hindu will win and become leader for now and years to come. India's majority Hindu population is no longer moderate.

Those days are long gone. The days of Indian Hindus being liberal, open minded or the days of Bollywood having main Muslim characters with the Qawalli or sufi music. The days of Amar, Akbar , Anthony are long gone, now its Raj,Dev, Modi and Yogi. India has gone backwards and extreme.

India's per capita income which was at one point lower than even Pakistan, grew to double that of Pakistan by 2025.

Indian women are the most abused , most Hindus have become extreme , women included.

No thanks, we cant have a PM who cant speak English. Indians can come to UK and visit, have a holiday but soon only citizens will remain. Invite Modi over, take him to a far right rally and then please return to Bombay.

Aniruddha for all his faults has shown the mental health issue in rural/tier2 towns of India..
People coming to him for answers is insane, irrespective makes great comedy though but at same time I feel sad for all the ones coming with bigger issues that religion can not resolve.

Gem of a person, I personally know many Muslims and left liberals who regret misunderstanding this man, buying the hateful propaganda.
 
15 years back, Indian economists predicted India will became 4th largest economy by 2035.

But under the leadership of Narendra Modij, India becomes 4th largest economy in 2025 which is 10 years earlier.

India have great visionary leader and global leader like Narendra Modiji, only neighbors envy him
