you did'nt get my point. Point is a state gov org. can investigate a central gov minister. Like ACB did in delhi police constable bribe case in may this year(delhi cop being a central gov employee). and HC of delhi supported it(read my last post). so if ACB can investigate a central gov employee(supported by HC) why cant lokpal.
this was my point. what modi's media is doing is giving excuse to the NDA gov already to null this lokpal bill(which is perfectly according to the constitution of india).

You should read the full judgement of the HC in the constable bribe case, and dont just read the headlines.

Its too naive to consider that lokpal will be a fair institution ... People seem to be getting their PhDs in law from facebook posts it seems.

It all comes down to who will guard the guardians, In a democracy, I firmly believe that the Legislature should be supreme to executive as it is directly responsible to the people.
