New formula of PCB: Three different captains across formats—how long will it last?

So today PCB has removed Mohammad Rizwan from the T20I captaincy and appointed Salman Ali Agha as the new skipper for the format. Rizwan will continue leading in ODIs, while Shan Masood remains the Test captain. Looks like PCB is going all-in on the three-captain formula across formats.

The big question now—how long will this approach actually work?
