I just don’t understand this obsession to make a batsman out of Shadab. The guy is a decent, albeit quite limited, lower order player. He can be a good number 7 or 8 but 5? Most teams play their finishers and power hitters at that number and we want to play someone who 9/10 times will stall all the momentum of the innings because the opposition can easily stifle his limited game. If he really wants to bat at 5 he can do it for IU but it’s criminal to make him do it for Pakistan.
