I told you this guy is good.

He's a pretty decent bowler too.
 
Dhoni would never be part of T20 in reality. He is there just to get batting practice for one dayers. Same way Vijay shankar as well. These guys are playing for practice in one dayers.
 
India need 220, should be a good chase with India needing to swing.
 
Can't believe they didn't give a chance to Gill here. Idiots. This probably would have given better clarity. Same way not including shaw was criminal.

He could have been tied down and lost the match.
 
I would take limping shardul Thakur over this trundler Khaleel anyday. Chahal is another idiot who's a misfit in this T20 team for his pathetic fielding.

That's what I said... No sport or talent is dependent on Population/Infrastructure! It just goes with culture & natural flare... India for instance can supply IT specialists to 3 globes if needed! That's where all the talent is flowing (body, mind, soul, etc) & the society is backing!

That has to be one of the most abysmal bowling performances I have seen in a long time. Having said that though NZ really need to worry about the dew and the fact that for once barring dhoni India actually have picked hitters today.

I can see him getting tied/scoring slow before getting out. In these games you need free flowing batsmen who can hit boundaries every other ball.

T20 isn't made for players like that, Kohli is an anomaly.

So you think Vijay shankar is going to score runs? lol or DHoni? Even Rayudu was a resounding success in IPL. That is how he came back in.

First 6 overs will give a clue on how the chase is going to pan out. How long Rohit sharma stays will give an idea what India will do in this match

Not worth the risk with how he's started his career. You don't want to shatter his confidence early.

Yes different valuation is needed between T20 & ODI... In T20 you have just 4 overs to bowl and the batsmen will be on the toes to attack, the ball doesn't get old enough to grip... So you need different attributes as a bowler (and player on the whole). That's where someone like Rashid Khan scores over (you can note that he is a good batsman too! And a decent fielder!). So Krunal Pandya has better hope in T20s than Chahal or even Kuldeep! In ODIs though you can count on Chahal if the opposition is weak in playing spin or/and the pitch is not too flat!
 
In a way it is good for Indians to just free up their mind and slog as well as they can. You lose. No issues. No big deal. It is an 180 pitch. Not 215 pitch. Dropped catches didn't help them.
 
So many passengers in this team that it beggars belief that it is representing India.

True! I wouldn't mind seeing Jadeja over this pathetic Chahal in T20s. He's so bad that he makes Rayudu look like Rhodes.
 
I'm sick of seeing these 2 open for us in all LoIs. Why can't we try someone else, like Mayank?

Khaleel hasn't shown he is good enough to represent a gully team let alone India, Vijay Shankar did everyone forget nidahas also what ipl team does he even play for, grandpa was never a great t20 batsman and he isn't going to play 2020 wc this is just his usual politicking to hang on to his place, only dk is a t20 player.
 
Dhawan has been so woefully out of touch for so many months, made all the more sense to try out someone else in his place.
 
Pant and pandya with just 1 hand are better t20 players than this rubbish.
 
Dhawan is so ordinary against the short ball, I'll be stunned if teams don't work him over with it in the WC.

He may get one or two away, but he's going to give you a chance. Never looks convincing playing it.
