A couple of seasons ago , he had the the best record against 140 + bowling in the PSL. So he has natural ability. Dude is probably too thick for Int'l cricket where bowling attacks plan and execute better.
 
Lot of agricultural batsmen, lot of low ceiling batsmen in this line up. Fakhar is the only one who has some spirit. But his approach is always going to be 50/50.
 
The fielding effort by bracewell is what defines the difference between Pak and other teams.

There is zero brilliance in pak team. Zero.
 
Where are those clowns who were saying Shaheen is a better all rounder than Faheem?

NZ are looking exceptionally strong. I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago. This is one of the strongest sides I've ever seen them put out .

Pakistan could do a whole worse than Saud Shakeel. Nobody is saying he is the next AB. But he is a good batsman, technically sound and he is good at rotating the strike and finding the gaps. He's the type of batsman Pakistan need in ODI given the struggles of so many when it comes to strike-rotation.

A mediocre batting lineup being mediocre. In particular, one of the worst teams vs spin. It's shocking how many of our batsmen have no idea how to play spin. Not only is there a zero idea how to attack them but they can't even rotate strike against garbage spin bowlers like Bracewell who is made to look like second coming of Murali every time he plays against us.

All teams need to do is get Fakhar out and the spinners know nobody will attack them or know how to attack them.
 
Pakistan team is not taking this game seriously .they are still celebration mode of highest ever Chase a night ago .

Real pakistan will turn up on 19 th February

Some of the things you have said:

- South Africa are not a world-class team eventhough they made the semi-finals of the 2023 WC and the final of the 2024 WT20.
- South Africa don't have a world-class bowling attack eventhough they have Rabada, Jansen, Nortje, Coetzee, Maharaj. I know you don't know what any of these names mean but try Googling
- Making up random lies and attributing them to me like Pak being like Australia of 2000s under Rizwan. Complete lie.
- South Africa will pick their main team for the tri-series in Pakistan, eventhough I told you they wouldn't because of SA20. They didn't and you were wrong as always.

Naseem shah is better batsman than khushdil fraud.
Khushdil fraud is one of the worst player ever to play international cricket.

Two regular spinners had a combined figure of 20-2-58-4.... that's excellent even Test match standards. Not sure why PAK opted to bat first here - lost last time chasing against Kiwis because they finished Kiwi innings poorly, but NCS Karachi is probably among the best grounds to chase, particularly under lights in winter.

Pakistan had a glorious chance to invest in Mehran Mumtaz, Arafat Minhas, & even Saad Baig (I don't rate his bowling at all) but they fumbled the chance & didn't play them.

Most teams have more right handed batters than lefties & it's always good to have a decent left arm spinner who can bat a bit. Teams have built their success on left-arm-all rounders/decent skill players.

We just don't do any planning.

Poor as a whole even if we win this match, the lack of planning is just annoying

But fans shouldn't be shocked when he plays like this against top teams. If you take away his Netherland knock his average is 22 strike rate 82 in ODIs in 16 games.

Mehran Mumtaz is a big miss. Quality left-arm spinners can make a huge difference in white-ball these days. Mehan can be quick and rush batters a bit. Hopefully we invest in him and Arafat Minhas for 2027. Saad Baig, I don't rate at all based on what little I have seen of him.
 
Pakistan's problem on Asian decks is 2 fold. They cannot out-muscle other top teams on roads.

They don't have the spin resources for two paced decks such as these. You would expect batsmen who score 100 at 88 SR on mega roads to deliver here but they are the first to go into a hiding.

The pacers can catch fire on favorable decks outside Asia but just don't have the skills to bowl here.

NZ are a very complete Odi side too.
Perhaps lacking that X factor but hard team to bat.

South africa In the last 12 months in odis

Pakistan beats south africa 4 out of 4 times
Afghanistan beats them 2 out of 3 times
Ireland have also beat them in 1 game out of 2

South africa lost 6 out of 9 odi games they played last year and lost all of them to minnows

So this is your world-class 🤣🤣
