Every run from now on will make MSD nervous.

He forgot how it feels to win in Overseas conditions.

Also this is NZ's highest partnership by 6th wicket in 2nd innings.

NZ has the mental advantage because of 6 runs lead, surly they ain't losin here.

The inability to get wickets when needed in overseas conditions has been the Achilles heel for India.

Bowlers bowled well so far in the Test series except for the 1st innings of 1st Test.

I hope the match finishes tomorrow.

If NZ can bat till Tea, its anybody's game.

Kohli must be kicking himself for that dropped catch.
It should have been over by now!

Almost 2 wicket-less sessions, NZ getting back in Test cricket!!!

Loving the approach by NZ. McCullum and Watling stand was for 60+ overs denying india any wicket. Watching NZ resisting like a top Test nation is a treat to watch these are good sign for Test cricket. We want top test cricket from every test playing nation!

No, it's the in ability of IND bowlers ...

These are the same bowlers who couldn't win against SA while defending 450 odd on 5th day pitch, there is still 2 days time so i hope there is a result here

same indian bowlers dismissed them under 200 in first innings and clicked a collapse in first session.

i stand corrected.

humbled.

Embarrassed.

Lesson: Never make a prediction with Indian bowlers around.

No matter how safe the prediction is, its UNSAFE.

This is what happens when your ace bowler Ishant Sharma does not get a wicket. Respect the man he has to carry the entire bowling line up on his shoulders. ;)

This match cannot end in a draw for sure, unless it rains for a full day and NZ bat out off their skins tomorrow...

India are sure winners in this match, NZ are 6/5 despite all the effort they have put in

India can chase 300 here, but hopefully they will need to chase only 100 odd.

Nice fightback, they would need to bat till tea and even after to have any realistic shot of defending a total, mccullum is more than capable but it's really watling that would need to play the innings of his life for the kiwis to have any shot here.

What a fight back!! Flat pitch so can effectively bat india out of game if they bat all day tomorrow

Wow, nice fight back by NZ.

They are still so far behind in the match. If they lose an early wicket India will be chasing around 100. For the game to be interesting, NZ have to set India 200+.

NZ also batted slow which meant they're not to far in front.

Just bat for draw and give India about 20 or so overs to chase anything over 180 if NZ get that far. Next morning is crucial for Indians and could decide the game.

Only day 4 coming up mate, draw is very unlikely.

Kiwis need to find a way to get 200 ahead and then somebody like boult needs to produce one amazing spell.

To be safe for a draw they would need to bat all day 4 and maybe even to lunch day 5, ain't going to happen.

India 99% NZ 1% NZ have showed some real courage and fight but they have just delayed the inevitable Indian victory

I want to see NZ taking a lead of 275-300 and then let Indians chase. That will make this game interesting till the last session. A very less likely but it will be fun to watch.

So you're saying teams going into day 4 with basically no lead and just the tail to come would normally win 1 in 5 tests?

More like 1 in 25.

Home soil for NZ - their odds would be a bit higher. 10% chance may be, especially now that they have a good partnership going. 150 run lead can trigger an Indian collapse, this cannot be ruled out entirely.

India still favorite 95% chances of winning and NZ 5%. Basically it depends if NZ can set target of 200, which seem unluckly. If sun is out then 200 will be easy target for Indian batting line up.

Well, you can always get some collapse and have some chance. 275-300 will be ideal but 200 lead is possible here.

I can't see NZ getting to a lead of even 150, let alone 200+.

India have won this test, it's just a matter of when not if.

Congrats India, been a long time coming.

Problem is once ball stop swinging or get older then this current Indian bowling lineup get toothless. Pakistan problem is other way around, our bowlers are useless with new ball. Main difference is we have world class test spinners.

Is Yadav injured? One need pace when ball get older and stop swinging.

I can see Nz making a lead of 80 max Tomorrow by lunch or just after this game will be over

Lol at India have such a tough time winning a test in NZ. Not, Aus, Eng or SA...but NZ.

Hoping for a double century from mccullum. Will be an interesting match. Really don't want India to win an overseas test.
May the better team win.

India will win , lots of time to do that. Kiwis will not last more than another 20 - 25 overs . So you can expect another 70 odd runs from them.

Hope wagner gets 150 and mccullum double century and tail can muster like 100 runs. Lead of 300 is good and india will be demoralized
