Ajmal and Hafeez have been out of a while too, we have had a few series without them too
Junaid and even Irfan are walking injuries

Management should have been prepared for it, but they didn't to the adequate planning. Just like they should have tried out Sohail Khan and Wahab Riaz in this game- that will come back to haunt them too..

The average first innings score at this ground is 299, courtesy cricinfo, so its not that bad. Obviously a major step down from when Junaid, Irfan, Gul/Riaz, Ajmal, Hafeez and Afridi were bowling together and formed arguably, the best ODI attack in the world.

Lets just hope the batsmen step up today, especially Shehzad, Hafeez and Akmal.
