You have to groom talent.

It took Hafeez 15+ years of mediocre cricket to become what he is today.

The youngsters should’ve been playing against SL and BD. Instead we had Malik, Asif, Iftikhar, Fakhar playing against the minnows, and debutants against the best in the world
