You have to give credit where its due. Dhone, Jadeja and Ashwin played well. NZ dropped to many catches and they have no one to blame except themselves
 
I would give credit where it was due if India didn't have the power to stop UDRS from occurring in their series.
 
Feel sorry for NZ they should have won this this loss will take a while to sink in

I'm laughing at some of the reaction here, even though India managed a tie here from a certain loss, its still just a tie.Indian think ppl are getting jealous of this tie results.L:asifL
 
Why do so many Pakistan fans react this way when a decision goes with India ? You guys are mean :(
 
Indian bowlers are giving away 20-30 runs more than their batsmen can chase in these conditions. Batsmen have done reasonably well on this tour, but not every one is chipping in.
 
The cheat gets the MOTM and not the guy who got a 5fer or the guy who got a hundred. #BCCI

Its a tie, but everyone has made it sound like Indian Win, so its kind of a good feeling :)

I'm not angry at Jadeja most batsmen wouldn't have walked, I'm more disgusted in an obvious edge being ignored.

To them you're all the same, expect match fixing accusations thrown at your team for any close games or, god forbid, the umpire made an error.

If you look at all ODI's NZ has been marginally better than Indians.

All matches have been close and could have gone either way until 45th over.

BZ bowled better than Indians as expected abd won those games.
 
At this rate the BCCI will make the Indian team the most hated sports team in the world...

Nothing against the players, they did their jobs but the officials and administrators...
 
Hard to believe some comments here, mistakes are bound to happen, give credit wheres due.

Doesn't matter how u feel, you cannot compare a test match win with a OD tie result, only coz some ppl were making you feel that way.:asif
 
I think, NZ were 20 runs short.

I think they were quite slow after the fast start. Then they expected corey anderson to fire, but it didnt happen.

Sports s not a culture in India ... Hardly kids r allowed to peruse sports as a career .
India doesn't have the wide foundation of cricket ... 95% f the population don't even play with the hard ball ..only the metro city kids get more chances ....

My city doesn't even have a cricketing camp :(

It's smaller countries like NZ , SA n SriLanka that can harness more opportunities to try out almost all kids

BCCI..desserves all the hate, absolutely.Fixing and cheating comment are plain stupid, but then again what you have been commenting in other thread about your dumb bowlers, you should be the last one to complain.

95%? That would be 99.9999%! Most Indian cricketers come from wealthy backgrounds - either upper middle class or the affluent classes. The available talent pool in India is much smaller than its population - may be as small as 1%. Population argument is a very weak one.

How are you so sure UDRS would've come in to effect here? All the appeals could've been used by the time this chance came along. If Third umpire is given the authority to correct on field umpire after seeing the obvious mistake then some of these howlers could be easily removed from the game. It's almost impossible to detect thin edges from sound alone among the crowd noise. Give umpires google glasses to video review them or give the 3rd umpire authority to reverse situations like these.
 
good this about kiwis aggressive batting is that they finished ishanths ODI career for time being :bow:

I agree we've been better marginally for the first 2 games but the third we were our own worst enemies... Some pretty ordinary calls by Tucker as well.

What a game. Awesome crowd and at times I thought I was playing in Mumbai after the noise the Kiwi Indians were making.

The so called world champions, no 1 side struggling against a number 8 team.

Yet there are celebrations like they are 3-0 up.

What is so called world champion?,they entered 2 ultimate odi tournaments ,both at different places and beat all the opponents fair and square.
