Pakistani fielders are so bad that the only way to get outs is simply by bowling batsmen out. Game could be very different if Williamson wasn't dropped.

Still a chance if they get few quick wickets right now.
 
Hasan continues his habit of being a consistent wicket taker in 2018

This is against pace, when ball is coming at a nice height and pace - imagine spinners bowling on turners. And, that Babar near miss is partially for Sarfraz - WK sets the point where slip should stand (Slip stands according to the WK - 1st slip couple of steps behind, 2nd slip parallel. From 2D picture, I can say that Sarfraz is standing at least 2 steps too deep, so was Babar.
 
They drop catches in the Slips because they stand with their legs WIDE apart !!!!! From that position one cannot go to either side, jump up, go backwards or forwards !!!!! A totally flawed stance. All Teams do it .... may be someone can explain ..... Please !!!!!
 
Brilliant decision by Sarfraz to teach Hasan Ali the inswinger.

Lmao Fahim is an alrounder who bowls at 140 clicks and was beating the bat quite often.. He is one of the most exciting alrounders in world cricket.

Our batsmen from here need time to get set and hit, we don't have any genuine power hitters.

Maybe on PP. The real world doesn't agree. His dibbly-dobbly 130k isn't exciting anyone.

Hasan is really good with semi old ball, but PAK needs a new ball partner of Amir - Raees isn't a new ball bowler.

Sarfarz is over aged for WK (historically, most great WKs retired by 35, biological 35 years of age), and he is carrying 10-12 KG extra for a WK. On top of that, guy is bottom heavy structure, not good for keeping. And, PCB has appointed him Captain, without a deputy & back-up, so he'll have to play every ball of a series.

okay man, you clearly haven't followed Raees' career, had an amazing performance on his debut in a semi final and has showed skill

Could've been easily 4 down by now, had we not dropped Kane. Now need to keep him away from the strike.

I saw that game. He had 1 good show, kudos to him.
Once in Paris I scored way higher than my usual standard, I did not become a Lothario.

he doesn't bowl 140, 125-135 is his range, he does have skill with the ball but we need to see some useful innings to rate him as an all rounder properly

It's about new ball bowling and pushing openers to back-foot. AT 5'11"/6' Amir is the tallest of the lot and he doesn't bowl at 150K+. Irfaaan can be used easily for 7+3 spells with 25 overs. If not Irfaaan, there should be few young pacers, 190cm+ and better user of the new ball. Sohail could have been the perfect guy, had he been 10 years younger.
 
Need at least 2 more quick wickets, then we might be able to restrict them to a chaseable total.

Pakistan drop plenty, that's a given. They're not a strong fielding side where you expect them to take everything.

It's like me expecting Boult to score 50s when in reality he isn't good enough to.

Wickets need to keep falling from this point on if we hope to restrict them to 280 or lower. Even that is too high for our batting even if its on a flat wicket.

Yes, height is vital, specially in these conditions to keep batters on backfoot, but the problem is Irfan has already passed his best before date years ago.

As for others, dont think anybody could make his room unless he perform exceptionally well in come PSL.

Dude there you are, didn't you tell us the drop was good for us? You promised me that Williamson would go back in a while!
 
Harry looks too fact and chubby, seriously need to drop some weight if he wants to play and prolong his carrier.
 
Can we really trust Rumman Rees in the end overs? I feel like the kid isn't used to bowling in windy conditions.
