it is beyond me that one can criticize azhar and push for imam. he is a 70 strike rate plodder selected by hus uncle basis his average rather his cowalrdly strike rate
 
In this series, has Azhar scored anything outside off, in fact in front of leg umpire?

terrible terrible batting. This is why you should never carry such an outdated batsmen for these formats. They will look hopeless.
 
Babar sadly looks vulnerable right now, does not look convincing so far this series
 
Wow...15/2 in 5 overs...Pitch looks like the west Indian pitch of 90's, conditions like overcast. ...

And bowlers are Wasim, Waqar, Lee, Shoaib, Mcgrath
 
Now if Fakhar comes back next match we will still see one of Azhar or Imam
 
Hafeez to prove once again why the team needs his experience and expertises as a batting veteran.

Replace Babar Azam with entire Pakistani kaum.
 
This might be the once in every twenty good innings of Hafeez, excluding minnow bashing of course.
 
Just got back from the gym. Squatting 120kg was less painful than seeing Azhar Ali gone out for a identical dismissal just like in the first ODI. :))
 
Kiwis have analyzed AA perfectly - he has ZERO shot making ability apart from balls that drift down leg. So, what they are doing is keeping him on back foot with short of length staff outside off and then forcing him to come across the line with a little pitched-up one on line.

He'll be walking wicket from now on in most ODI, but often after damaging like 6 (15) start.
 
Team management should seriously contemplate opening with Babar alongside Fakhar (which he has been practically doing for the last 2 matches and more) and slotting Haris in at 3. This is the best top order combination out of this lot.
 
Awful cricket.

Imam isn't suited to ODI'S.

Azhar has proven his mettle so needs to persisted with.

Completely agree, but who are we kidding :)) people who actively observe on PakPassion for a good year or two can select better teams
