I think they are persisting with the same bowling combination, from today which will be shoaib,gul,wahab,afridi and hafeez/A Razzaq. If someone is unfit then Ajmal/A Rehman may get in. I don't see extra bat or A Razzaq being sacrificed. Only other option is to play Umer as a WC, which i think is asking too much off him.
