We are doing awful

SafraZ can't hang in.these conditions and neither can sohail, reason why I was cautious about them

Yk and hafeez are failures anyway
 
YK and Hafeez are rubbish as usual. But our talented youngstas haven't lit up the stage either. Absolutely disgraceful. The famed talent pools is there for everyone to see. Again its down to old Misbah to save us.

And then they say, we don't want Amir back. It will upset our current players who might not adjust to his presence. What clowns! :facepalm:

Ehsan Adil doing better against us than he did vs PXI, surprise surprise.

Even though there isn't any live action, this is probably the same type of run paradise as last match, and the batsmen threw it away once again.

Pakistani batsmen may be better, but the NZ XI's batsmen attitude is probably superior to the Pakistani's.
 
This series needs to be a best of 5.... I'm getting into this rivalry :P

I can almost guarantee you that we will be fine in the ODIs against NZ and in the world cup. You can bookmark this and bump it when I am proven right.

Umar Akmal and Misbah are the backbone of this lineup. I have noticed that every time Umar bats with Misbah, he plays responsibly and scores whereas with others he has an occasional brain ****. He definitely needs the dunda.
 
Good rebuilding by Akmal and Misbah, Akmal finally accelerating a little and making up for his slow start. Should be batting higher.

I won't put much blame on the coach when all he got are these clowns and phattus to move up or down the order.

But I WILL blame him for not putting his foot down on YK selection.
 
This side has already proven it's capable of chasing 300, so whatever Pakistan make from here won't really be out of reach.

That's assuming this wicket is still flat.

But as they say about Pak team performance "NEVER SAY NEVER" even they themselves don't know how they will perform than how can anyone else predict. Stay ready for few big surprise performances at world cup but just hope they suprisingly good.

But to be fair, If Pakistan were destroying the NZ club hack xi the reaction on here will be " Umar Akmal the next Bradman (after scoring a 50) " Pakistan favorites to win the WC without losing a match" "Afridi greater than Sobers "

It's sad but let's hope that's not the same case when the real business begins. I strongly believe NZ have a wonderful chance of winning the World cup.

Also correct me if I'm wrong but when we toured NZ in 2011 (?) I think we lost the friendly prior to the T20 games.

Too much negativity isn't good! Your making it seem like the opponents v Pak are playing rubbish! Praise/support them morr and criticise Pak less. Spirit of the game after all.

Our cricket team was in a bad place in 2011. Our team had rankings of 70-80

I mean the team we played against in a friendly. Not the actual NZ team, and even if they were in a bad state, they ough to do better on their home turf but that was no the point I was making.

Seriously. Our team got destroyed by india in our home grounds. We got to the semi finals of the world cup because amla hit the ball onto his foot and it bounced up and faf du plessis ran out sb de villiers

Sensible posters would know NZ are not minnows, they have a strong chance and I hope they win if Pakistan do not, the World cup. The balance in their team is unreal, as well as the desire.

The youngsters are not world class - only player that was world class (potentially) ... was Aamer.

You beat a NZ side which didn't have their two best batsmen, that's like us beating SA without Amla and AB (obviously not as good as them).

Anyways that's in the past, no need to sulk on the history, instead now exciting days are ahead for NZ fans and rightly so. Big world cup for them.
