Backgrounds great, not a lot to it but it definitely captures some of the high points of the WC. Banner is good too but less players would make it better imo. They go well together, though.
 
Nice background, love it. The banner is only Pakistan team. Arn't we being a little selfish here :P
 
They're both great, especially the banner.

This is probs the best banner in PP history. And I like the fact that it's only Pak players ... it is PP after all. The poses the players are striking are nice and dramatic too.

on a lighter note, It is really ok to include kami in background but those gloves :(

Its good. But Afridi is not looking particularly good in that photo. There can be better photos of him to be put up there.

umar gul looks incredible i love the effect on the cresent and the fiery green bolt around him as if he's from a charachter in dragon ball z, great work guys

Its a cartoon, and the characters have fire around them when they are fighting etc.

I think it's an under water tiger with an Afridi roaring at him.
 
yea but whats it doing...cant tell where the face is. and is the crack on the "screen" caused by a paw?
 
Wel I request the designers to pls post only GUL's wallpaper or picture here. So we can use it. I know it's not part of their work. But I will be glad if we get it. Thnks. The background is amazing.

I think it's a 'cornered tiger', breaking through the glass. You know, instead of drowing, he is fighting back for his life and succeeding. That kinda stuff.

Yes, the crack is caused by the paw.

Stare at "2011 WORLD CUP" and you'll find Afridi roaring.
 
What about using Battle Cat from the He-Man cartoon, I'm sure battle cat is from the tiger family and it's already the same colour as our strip :))
