Perhaps, but they deserve credit for exploiting these conditions and I don’t think the UAE was too alien for BD, it comes down to mentality as well. Away from home, BD have a bit of a psychological barrier due to the big defeats in the past, but we saw in the 2019 WC they can compete. They need to consistently adapt their mentality away from home and have more self belief, part of it may also be lack of vision in T20’s and finding that winning formula, their players are more compatible in ODI’s, that needs to change.

Bangladesh have not figured out how to play T20s. They are a very different side in ODIs and have an excellent record in ODIs in the last 5-6 years.
