What's new

Pakistan (182) thrash New Zealand (94) by 88 runs to win the 1st T20I

I can't help but think there's tension between Babar and Imad just as we saw there was tension between Shadab and Imad in the Afg series. Hence Imad hasn't even been picked for the ODI series. It's a shame. His full potential won't be used. He should come ahead of Shadab and Ifti to bat any day of the week. Imad should be a legit middle order option coming in at 5-6.

I just realised that Pakistan was basically playing Lahore's bowling lineup today with Shadab trying to do Rashid's role.

No wonder Lahore won the PSL back to back.

Very unlike NZ type batting display, hopefully they will show up today for 2nd game, Pakistan should not be complacent and Babar must use his brain as captain also what's the point of playing Haris Rauf for this who cares series

If Babar had tension with Imad he would have not picked him in the xi.

So why did Shadab bowl? He is bowling into the left handers too

Shadab and Imad are very different types of bowlers. Imad is just more comfortable bowling to right-handed batsmen. I know people have an irrational hatred of all things Babar but he used his bowling resources very well today.

o bhai imad is not a handicap or something, its not like he gonna go for 6 6s or something... babar just a terrible terrible kuptan

He might be "terrible" but he made the right choices in this game and Pakistan won comfortably.
