That's what India did when they toured here. They restricted Australia under 300 and were able to chase. You cannot as a visiting side score 400-500 runs against this bowling attack.

The preparation is lacking. You cannot blame these batsmen, they get to play test cricket in Australia after four years. Abdullah, Saud, Salman, Jamal etc are some of the players who have never even set foot in Australia before. On top of that you end up facing one of the best bowling attacks in the world right now aswell.

It’s ruthless and relentless, and none of our meek kittens have the cojones to take this situation on. Babar is a very good player but he does not have the personality of a Kohli or even an AB de Villiers. You need tough personalities to face up to these Aussies, and it doesn’t happen overnight.

Pakistan needs to be in Australia atleast two months before a Test series next time to have any chance of competing, let alone win or draw a test.

It was really sad to read ‘well done Pakistan’ ‘Impressive Pakistan’ ‘cracking fight from Pakistan’, when we had been smashed for 487 in the first innings at a run rate of over 4 and ended the day tuk tuking to 132, having lost our captain too.

The neutrals will stop feeling sorry and start bashing this team for how pathetic they have been aswell. Blame lies with the PCB for sending the team as lambs for slaughter, having done absolutely zero homework every four years they tour.

Only reason Babar lasted long was because he was a top performer throughout his tenure.

In Pakistan you cannot command respect unless you yourself are performing. It’s a very different culture and a non-performing captain will always be ripped apart.

I don’t expect Masood to continue much further. He will lose whatever form he did have and be dropped soon enough.
