This is why he shouldn't be rested at all. He needs to play every game. Lacks basic bowling sense in test cricket. I have hardly seen him bowl 6 identical balls in an over which is what you need to do time after time. Zimbabwe batsmen have been far too comfortable against him.

It's a different case for a spin bowler or batsmen playing at a senior age but fast bowlers must be at their physical peak and that is in their 20s.

Sajid Khan ok fine to get some bench strength but for me I would go with yasir and nauman as the the frontline spinners in Asian test matches any day of the week you just cant discard yasir shah
