irrelevant.

The independents leading here means nothing, because the reserve seats that will be adjusted in National assembly will only be given to party and not independents. With PPP not winning here, a big chunk of reserves from here that will go to NA will all be in favor of PMLN. So thats like 30 reserves being made up here that go to PMLN.
I'm confused Major. Independents are still classified as PTI well atleast 99 percent of them. So PTI is officially winning?

It was the reason Isa overturned the PHC decision. All the bannings, jailings and torture was planned in London well in advance. Isa betrayed PK, which those of us that remembered his actions over Hudbiya, knew would happen. As IK said in jail, the SC isnt free, how can they free me.

Your man demanded the PTI be banned and he got his wish. He couldnt fight a 74yr cancer sufferer and has had locked up for 9 months without trial. I hope you understand why such cretins are hated so much. Maybe this will raise some moral questions in your head.

I am just as angry as you are. Believe me.

I will not accept the fact that PMLN is fairly winning these elections. I believe people have voted for PTI and want to see PTI in power. The mandate should be respected.

The election results are coming in, and there are ups and downs. Ultimately, which party do you want to win?

I want PMLN to win. But if the people have voted for PTI, then only PTI should have the mandate to rule.

PK needs these 3 parties to be strong and also democratic. If this rigging is allowed and their is no consequence, it will give the Establishment to become eternal Gods for a poor country. NS and Nani have taken a short sighted decision but will have very, very long term consequences

Hahahah... It appears you are not following the live results.
Bro i am. Im stating the reality. There are 60+ reserve seats that will make the differences and those seats go to the PARTY that wins provincial.

Nope. While they are classified as pti backed independants, but i. Theory they are independants.

I thought this was done to confise the voters, but another ploy here was to make sure they dont win the reserved seats as they are not a party

I have also voted for PML (N), but I'm not in favor of rigging. I want the mandate of the majority to win, whoever the party is.

The establishment wins once again, but when will the cycle break?

Will we ever see an election in Pakistan where the establishment doesn’t interfere?

PTI-backed candidate Shoaib Shaheen, addressing the media on Friday, slammed NA-47 results where PML-N's Tariq Fazal Chaudhry was declared victorious, stating that he will pursue political and legal options.

Expressing concerns about "injustice and oppression against the PTI", he claimed that the nomination papers were unjustly taken away, accusing the Returning Officers (RO) of being "experts in corruption".

Shaheen stated, "They took away our bat [PTI's electoral symbol]" as he blamed the Supreme Court for the ongoing injustice and tyranny. The PTI-backed candidate asserted, "I had a lead of more than 50,000 votes, my opponents had a total of 40,000 votes polled."

"My votes were added to Tariq's vote list," he alleged.

The PTI candidate said he approached the DCO and the Election Commission by writing applications but received no response. He pointed out that every candidate was supposed to be given Form 45. In questioning the democratic process, he rhetorically asked, "If you don't like someone, will you change their vote?"

"I wasn't behind Tariq in any of the polling station results," stated Shaheen, blaming the ECP for the "indecent" conduct of the election. He also mentioned his willingness to address any reservations against him with the RO.

"There was no need to spend billions. You should have just announced that the ladla (favourite) [PML-N's Nawaz Sharif] is coming into power," Shaheen stated.

Accusing the authorities of "undermining the foundations" and "causing harm to the state", Shaheen declared his intent to "protest and challenge the result". "The people are being denied their basic rights," he said, emphasising that "today's war is not for power but for the survival of the people".

Furthermore, he mentioned, "We had the complete results by 11 PM and we will go to the court to challenge this dishonesty". He claimed that "there has been a change of over 50,000 votes".

Rigging on unprecedented scale and still behind.

This lunatic will be in the National Assembly?

I recon he will be in jail first before making his NA debut

Didnt i mention Nabeel Gabool and lyari in one sentence?
I bow to knowledge on this but I would be amazed if he wasn't given a helping hand like MQM in Karachi. Afterall they too were loved in Karachi and now rely on rigging to win seats

Lyari is different its all related to gang wars and stuff where Nabeel Gabool is the love child of that area.

Sorry for this noob question. What happened to PTI? Did they boycott the elections?
No they didnt.

They participated as independent candidates since they were never allowed to contest under their well known electoral sign "Bat."

They have won the maximum number of seats even after facing all such hurdles.

On the election results dashboard "Ind" basically representing PTI.

yeah they might play the role of a very powerful opposition because with such mixed numbers where nobody has the majority would never want to form a government, it will be a suicide!

Salman Akram Raja vs Awn Chaudhry — LHC stays result in NA-128

The Lahore High Court restrained the returning officer of the NA-128 constituency on Friday from notifying the election result based on Form 47.

Justice Ali Baqar Najafi passed the order on a petition filed by Advocate Salman Akram Raja, a PTI-backed independent candidate from the constituency, against Awn Chaudhry of the Istehkam-i-Pakistan Party.

Mr Raja personally appeared before the court along with his counsel. The counsel argued that Mr Raja was not allowed to witness the process of vote count and that his polling agent was not handed over Form 45 by the polling staff.

Mr Raja was even expelled from the polling station by the returning officer with assistance from the police, the counsel said. This incident prompted Mr Raja to file a complaint with the CCPO of Lahore regarding the polling staff’s behaviour.

The judge expressed dismay upon learning from an Election Commission lawyer that the RO was unreachable, as his mobile phone was switched off.

The ECP counsel oppo¬sed the petition, saying the petitioner should have approached the commission first if he had any complaint about the counting process. He said the petitioner lost the election as per the result compiled based on Form 47. Every losing candidate opted to move courts on baseless grounds, the ECP counsel argued, adding that the petitioner himself admitted that he was present in the RO office.

However, Mr Raja’s counsel said his concern was not the vote count but the result compilation. He said the result of only 13 polling stations was compiled in the petitioner’s presence.

Consequently, Justice Najafi nullified the initial results announced by the RO based on Form 47 and demanded a written response from the ECP by Feb 12.

JUI-F candidate concedes defeat to PTI, urges Nawaz to do the same

In an unprecedented move, Mufti Kifayat, the candidate from Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) for NA-15, has declared that there were no malicious activities during the election, and the public has voted in favour of the PTI-backed candidate Shahzada Gustashap.

He urged the supreme leader of PML-N, Nawaz Sharif, to gracefully acknowledge defeat, asserting that his case is notably weak. Kifayat concluded by stating that he, too, accepts the election result.

'In Karachi, robbery was committed, not theft': Siraj

In a strongly worded post shared on his official X handle, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq denounced the purported electoral rigging, labeling it a direct affront to the integrity of the vote and public sentiment.

Describing it as the most egregious instance of rigging in history, he claimed that results were manipulated in favour of PML-N, PPP, and MQM, particularly highlighting the situation in Karachi as akin to robbery, not mere theft.

Expressing his firm stance against such manipulation, Haq declared his personal participation in the protest in Karachi, emphasising that robbery of the people's mandate is unequivocally unacceptable.

Alvi says use of EVMs could’ve averted election uncertainty

Taking to microblogging platform "X" (formerly Twitter), President of Pakistan and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader, Dr Arif Alvi, on Saturday lamented the absence of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) during the recent elections, stating that their implementation could have averted the current crisis.

President Alvi reminisced about the prolonged struggle for EVMs, emphasising their capability to provide quick and transparent results. In his post, he highlighted that EVMs would have allowed for the separate manual counting of paper ballots, while also featuring an electronic calculator/counter for each vote button pressed.

According to him, this would have enabled the swift availability and printing of totals for every candidate within five minutes of the poll's closing.

He expressed disappointment over the thwarting of the extensive effort, which involved over 50 meetings at the Presidency alone, to introduce EVMs. President Alvi asserted that had the electronic voting system been in place, Pakistan could have been spared the current crisis surrounding delayed and uncertain election results.

In a separate post, President Alvi invoked wisdom in the face of adversity, suggesting that if one finds themselves in a hole, it is prudent to seek Allah's help and, at the very least, stop digging.

Mirza family routed from Badin politics

The Mirza family of Badin, long-time adversaries of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and outspoken critics of the Zardari family, has been routed, losing all seats from the district for the first time since their entry into parliament in 1993.

Dr Zulfiqar Mirza, the former home minister of Sindh, his wife Dr Fehmida Mirza, Pakistan’s first female National Assembly speaker, and their son Barrister Hasnain Mirza failed to maintain their political dominance in Badin, attributing their decline to the “rifts” with the PPP.

According to a close associate of the Mirza family, “A financially weak Mirza family cannot defeat the PPP’s affluent landlords.”

The Gillani family would have wiped out too, had the elections been fair.

so , will IK be the PM ?

The answer to this question is complex , profound & historic. Nobody has a clue .

It depends on those who opposed Imran Khan & Imrans team.

Even 2 years of PDM puppets will ensure a economic disaster , default for Pakistan . The establishment cannot afford this .

Imran has first choice to make a government, by unfortunately giving some successions but he may have no choice in order to save the nation.

Outside forces have a big day too , do they want a continuous puppet Pakistan in terms of foreign policy or allow Pakistan to be become an important adversary, helping their military industrial complex .

Regardless Imran has changed Pakistan forever, now sooner or later it will be free & independent.

Third independent candidate announces to join PML-N

Another independent candidate has announced joining the PML-N.

Elected as an independent candidate from Rajanpur’s NA-189, Shamsher Ali Mazari, is the third independent candidate to join the former ruling party.

Mazari announced his decision in a video statement, saying he has consulted his associates, after which he has decided to support the state that he is loyal to.

“For the welfare of the state, I have decided to join the PML-N,” Mazari says in a video doing the rounds on social media where he could be seen speaking while travelling in a car.

Mazari clinched 38,875 votes against PML-N's Sardar Riaz's 32,000.

Similarly, Muhammad Sohail, an independent candidate elected from Punjab Assembly’s PP-240 constituency, has also announced to join the PML-N.

On Saturday, independent candidates Raja Khurram Nawaz elected as MNA from NA-48 and Mian Muhammad Khan Bugti from NA-253 announced to join the PML-N.

Plan A of PTI which is very tough and unreal , join MWM and get reserve seats as well that will boost their number and quick decision of 15/20 constituency where blatant rigging occurred like, Rehana Dar, all of Rawalpindi etc etc.

This was what Gohar Ali Khan was addressing yesterday but it is very unlikely.

boost their number and quick decision of 15/20 constituency where blatant rigging occurred
This is not possible in a country like Pakistan. Govy will be formed before the decision come out so PTI is not doing good at this stage and is not looking strong enough to make the numbers right for themselves to form a gov in federal.
