Pakistan is scheduled to play only 3 series in the next 12 months - Can PCB arrange some series?

So I was wondering that PCB have canceled the Bangladesh series, and there's no chance we're gonna play India this year, both series were scheduled for this year.



We have CT in June, after that we have no series for the next 3 months.

Sri Lanka will tour UAE for a month of cricket in October, after that there's no series for the next 2 and a half months.

We're gonna tour NZ in the second half of January next year for ODI and T20 series.

After that, there's no series for the next 3 months and then a test series in England in May.

Except for Pakistan, New Zealand, and Zimbabwe, everyone is scheduled to play a lot of cricket during this time.

New Zealand got no series scheduled between July and mid-November. So we can arrange a series with NZ this year, next year they have a ton of series planned.

South Africa have no series planned for August and September.

Zimbabwe have only 1 small series planned for October and there's no series planned for August-September and November-December. I doubt we'd play them though.

England have no series scheduled for October before the long Ashes series.



PCB have to make some effort to arrange at least a couple of series during the free period. But PCB is fully capable of blunders.

England toured us twice(2012,2015) after we toured them in 2010 so it's fair I guess.

The team I hope to tour England should have a Babar Azam accustomed to test cricket, Amit at his best, Ali a regular, Shah still bowling, Abbas quite possibly still around but also another fast bowler (no Riaz thanks) and a pace bowling all rounder.

Hopefully Shehzad has come good by then, Azhar is still playing well and someone like Salahuddin has shored up the middle order.

I would rather have Sami Aslam than Shehzad unless Shehzad has peformed really well at that point.I think Sami made 3 fifties in four innings in England.He batted really really well.Still a year to go tho so i dunno what happens.

NZ is free from July to mid-November, that's a lot of time, PCB should invite them for a proper series, they are a very good team, we should play them more often.

In fact its a big deal , the temperatures are very high. The series started in 20th september last year and this year i think series with srilanka will start in the first week of october so really do not have much time before that for a series. May be a one day series.

NZ play in Australia a lot and the temperature in Aus can reach upto 40-degree celsius during the day, they still play there, they're not made of plastic.

The temperature in UAE during September can drop below 30-degree celsius during the night and 40 during the day, we can invite them for the whole month, play couple of t20s first up, then 3 ODIs, then a couple of tests. We can arrange Day-Night tests as well now.

PCB is making blunders after blunders.

They must try and arrange at least 12 test Matches every year. Otherwise players will not develop. This is the reason why Pakistan has only one 10 K runs test batsman.

South Africa has a massive test series ahead vs England in England just after the Champions Trophy. Then they are scheduled to host test and ODIs Vs India since oct-nov and then afterwards Australia too. With these big series ahead, surely they would be planning to have rest and not play cricket in the August-September period.
