Asif definitely does and Babar's is a work in progress (he used it Vs Australia in the tests and the T20s).
 
If Babar can’t take the side home today in the form he is in he never will. Will always be a bottler.
 
Pakistan missed out on 16-20 easy runs because of Babar missing the leg side boundary balls

I am watching it properly. The ball went behind 3 times and it is NON-strikers call, but he is not listning to him. And as I am typing he does it again. It was direct hit a d had they taken the run Ali would have been out.
 
Yaar Yeh Grandhome sara kaam kharab Kar raha ha.

Need 32 off the next 4 overs. Even 30 would do I guess
 
We all hope for Babar to be the next Kohli/Root/Smith, but in reality, he is developing into another Amla. Great stats but no impact and no match winning ability. Bottler as well.

If Asif is also going to play at run a ball, what is the point of sending him ahead of Malik/Hafeez?

Have you ever played cricket? Asif is not communicating. He's doing the classic "yes-and-no" that you'll see Hafeez do.

What exactly are the complaints about ? Is the RRR above 10 ?

The only thing babar does better than others in t20s is that he remains on the pitch longer than others , apart from that he has nothing special. His strike rate is very low.
 
Its amazing how weak babar is despite being a really good batsman. Thats probably the only thing stopping him from becoming an impact batsman. Weakness. Literally has no power at all. You cant always rely on timing, especially when the ball is coming on slowly to the bat.
 
What possessed him to try to hit boundaries when the six by Asif had already done the job. Idiotic way to get out.
 
Babar Azam will always be a master of soft runs and a huge bottler. Koi umeedain na rakho isse of scoring under pressure and having any impact.
 
Rather soft dismissal. Anyway hopefully the middle order can finish the job.
 
Babar can't accelerate. This entire innings he was trying to force the issues. Has good shots here and there.

Keep realistic expectations. He's a gift by Pakistani standards but please stop comparing him with guys like Kohli and others.

If only he develops the next gear. He'll be so good for Pakistan. The last T20 against Australia we played. If I'm not wrong Babar played some decent shots
 
Idiotic from Babar. Now we are under pressure. The singles were doing the job perfectly well
 
Babar could've played faster, but he played okay. 40 and 46 partnership with Fakhar/Asif. And when he got out, RR was only 8.8 which is fine with 7 overs left.
