What's new

Pakistan make it 11 T20I series wins in a row with six-wicket win over New Zealand

This is poor captaincy by Kane

You don't let a medium pacer bowl and especially a spinner to these two because they will be able to clear the boundaries

They should have known and gone with pace men

We are so far ahead lol.

Annihilating teams without the world's best T20 bowler. :amir2

ugh.

Tbh NZ arguably won this match easy had they bowled out Milne.

These two will struggle against pace of Milne. NZ missed the trick by using spinners and trundlers against Malik/Hafeez.

Williamson brought us in the game by attacking with spin against our best players if spin. Look at the struggles against pace bowling

Shobby has finally mastered the art of playing fast bowling. Anywhere else that was a 6. UAE pitches suck.

Hafeez can be Pakistans Dhoni. He and Mallik should played the role of finisher

Well done Hafeez. No one from the new crop hits spin as well as he does and that's the sad truth

Boom.

And there is the 11th series win in a row. Artificial, some will say. Well those attention seekers can take Hafeez's bat and stick it where the sun don't shine.

Hafeez in the UAE is light years ahead of any Pakistani batsmen. It's ridiculous how someone who has a 50+ and 40+ average in tests and odis respectively in the UAE can ever be questioned of his place.

I dont know about England, but India will humiliate us 19 games out of 20. We have seen that. We know that. We just dont want to accept that. Its a mental thing. They just break down playing against them, no idea why

ICC says otherwise. When was the last time India played us? so how can you say they're better than us? When was the last time England played us? So how can you say they're better than us?
First it was Aus/NZ/Eng/India

Then it was NZ/Eng/India

Now it is Eng/India.

But Pakistan is clearly better. The most balanced team. England and India don't have the bowling the Pak. do.

I don't know if this record of 11 series win in a row will ever be broken

England’s bowling isn’t good enough and it lets them down in T20s. They’re not as good in this format than in 50 over cricket where their beastly batting can make up for some average bowlers.

India is the only side that can challenge us in this format currently.

Great to break the record and show that Pakistan is a top T20 side. I’d be surprised if we didn’t get to the semis atleast in the 2020 WT20. Though I wish there was an international championship/league instead of Bilaterals.

What was the result of the last bi lateral series between the two teams??

Don’t confuse ICC/Asia Cups with bi laterals

Happy to be wrong. Our fielding was really bad though. Kiwis in alien conditions may give us a sniff in the match but a strong subcontinental side like India might not. Happy for the win but our fielding needs to improve.

Pakistan will beat India in all formats if there is a bi lateral series.

Actually India have a very solid bowling attack for t20is. Kumar and Bumrah followed by Kuldeep and Chahal. Bumrah and Kumar are excellent death bowlers. Kumar is a good defensive bowler. It's only when one of Kuldeep or Chahal have an off day do they lose otherwise they provide a very good chokehold while taking wickets too. Rohit and Kohli are arguably the two best t20 batters, add to that the psychological advantage India have over us, I would think they would probably beat us 6 times out of 10.

But that doesn't take away the fact that we are also a very good t20 team atm.
