Pakistan should aim to humiliate Bangladesh and England

Bruh? They have not, their playing like any other international team is suppose to? Koi teer nahi mari ino nei.

It's just the standards are so low and pakistan is such a crap and unprofessional unit that a team playing normally is seen as heroic.

Seriously what did Bangladesh do? Did they cure blindness? Are they suddenly Australia level?

No their playing how a normal team plays and haven't done anything extraordinary. I give them alot of respect for playing even with the flood conditons back at home so yes from that front they deserve it.

But overall what they did is nothing special, they beat a rubbish team easily. Just like the pakistan of the past didn't celebrate victories against Zimbabwe and felt disintrested in playing them, Why shpuld Bangladesh get support?

The team that deserves it the most is Afghanistan. These boys have been beating NZ, Australia, and been playing cups perfectly even reaching semi finals. Their the Asian team to truly back

If we are talking in terms of tests, as the recent match was test. Afg have not beaten anyone note worthy. Although they have not played anyone note worthy as well..let's see what they do in the coming test vs NZ

Fair but Bangladesh beating pakistan in test is not revolutionary.

If you think it is then people are overhyping the team. This is a team that's playing with bowlers who suck.

Againat England the whole attack was useless without abrar who did everything and they didn't have abrar for the 1st test. And the mantra has not changed since then.

And the batters are either out of form excluding saud and rizwan or aren't even batters to begin with like shan.

Compare to Bangladesh who have a proper cohesive team atm

Well I haven't been following Bangladesh cricket but from what you've told me that is extremely impressive.

I change my mind about the team then, Kudos and respect to them overall.

Indeed they are on the right track all they need to just improve their white ball cricket a bit.
 
Rain is gonna humiliate this team further more and Pak is gonna lose another series at home continuing their worst record at home.
 
England will love Pakistan bowling attack this time around as well. Expect them to score heavily with the bat. If the pitches are flat, we may see 1 draw at least but England would be expected to win.
 
Pakistan will ve looking at weather atm because it is not looking good atm for them. Series defeat and humiliation is coming.
 
Bangladesh have raised the bar high. It’s become a bit of a tricky situation for England. Anything less than a convincing win in the series will now be seen as them failing.

After this BangWash, a narrow Eng win or a drawn series will be viewed as a Pakistan moral victory.

THey kept Babar quiet throughout the series. They need fit Mark Wood to play the enforcer role. But i doubt they will offer a spicy pitch to England. That will be a disaster.

Well, the Tigers mauled us, and the Lions will shred us to pieces and I fear more of the same after that, and forget about winning the champions trophy

Just posted in another thread that a spicy pitch is a high risk option, but it is also brave, and could give Pakistan a better chance of winning one of the Tests. If the three games are played on roads then it will suit England’s FTB top order of Crawley-Duckett-Pope and they would be favourites to win.

Pakistan should not put super roads. Yes, some tests can be drawn and Babar can average 60 at home on roads, but it will be very hard for Pakistan to take 20 wickets. Eng can outbat Pakistan and be in position ot take 20 wickets.

Pakistan should put bowler's freindly pitches. There will be chance to take 20 wickets and win a test. Ten tests at home and zero win. Pakistan needs to win at home.

But on a spicy pitch bazball will have its true value. You can score quickly while disrupting the line and length of bowlers.

You are just trying to downgrade Bangladesh performance. Its not intelligent at all from you.

What were your opinion when Pakistan whitewashed Srilanka just last year?

Yes , Pakistan has been playing below average cricket. But its not like that they are such a crap team. Bangladesh were just a superior side.


Afghanistan the test side hasn't done anything yet to claim that they are are better than Bangladesh in test.

Thread has backfired in a big way, but Pakistan just needs to avoid whitewash at home to go up from here.

I think many posters are too pessimistic. Don't give flat roads and I don't think Eng will find it so easy to beat Pakistan.
 
Pakistan has a pretty bad record at home and they are not humiliating any team with such mentality here in the future. Bangladesh exposed the whole system badly including your PCB management, coaches, captain, and your batting line.

England is coming to win another series actually.
