Pakistan suffer a familiar batting collapse to end Day 2 of the 2nd Test against Australia at 194/6, trail by 124 runs

Just so incredibly frustrating.
Winning the first two sessions, wrapping up the aussie innings with minimal fuss then going well at 124-1 and lo and behold we get the jitters having not been in this position for so long and fall lile ninepins.

Pathetic soft dismissals, Babar with all his experience leaves a train sized gap between bat and pad and then shan gets out to a rush of blood when his team needed him to press on.

Only hope now is that riz continues his counterattack and only allows a slim lead for the aussies

Big first hour for Pakistan.

Rizwan and Jamal need to get to 250 before the tail is exposed.

The extras are going to cost pakistan massively.Rizwan will have to get around 70+

We know it's a big hour tomorrow morning but Given the history I expect them to roll over pretty quickly and give Australia a 100 run lead

Rizwan and Jamal need to play the innings of their life time tomorrow. Its really sad how they collapsed and gave the match back in Australia’s hand. :(

Sanga is 279 runs away from his 300
Ahh so you’re still stuck in the “opposing Sarfraz selection = you’re a Rizwan fan”

Come out of this already brother.

One is below average, the other is better but that doesn’t say much when being compared to post 2019 Sarfraz.

Babar needed to score his usual cute 60 runs. That would have helped a lot as well to get past Aus score.

As predicted Babar has been exposed. We will not win or draw a Test in Australia this century

If Pakistan can get to 250-275 from here, they will be right back in the game. For that Rizwan has to score the bulk of the runs.

Don't see them reaching 275 by any means
Australian bowling is not the same anymore. Almost all of their bowlers are 35 and above. They cannot keep up their pace and accuracy for longer hours. They more they stay out in the field, the worse they get.

no excuse for 130 kmph trundling ....
Nothing wrong with that if anyone able to trouble batsmans and pick up wickets with their skills. This km per hour and speedguns discussion are of no use.

Agree 100%, will love to be proven wrong of course.

Even when we were cruising at 120-1, I just knew that we would collapse and give away the advantage, we always do.
