2 batting AR means we would have a very weak bowling line-up as [MENTION=130409]Ibad17[/MENTION] mentioned we need AR's but not to many. Also we only need 5 bowlers, adding a sixth bowler who is a Batting AR will just make our batting weaker, nothing more.

I was thinking to put forth the suggestion wrt contract swap between you and a Bowler.

[MENTION=141804]QalandarFan[/MENTION] we need an AA as a Batsman. With that we can play two SC bowlers.

Change player type of one of our two AA members. One AA has to be a batsman.
For second player type change, we need SC BOWLER to be Fast Medium.

For swap, B contract with a C Bowler. As a result we will have a B Bowler.

The player changes do not mean the players Contract changes it just gives them a new role.

This is what I am thinking of

Player Role Changes:
1. DFK from F to FM
2. ???

Contract Swap:
1. ???

Any other suggestion would help so we can lock in the changes.
 
Ok guys, since you seem to be finding this tough to figure out, I am going to make this a bit more flexible.

You can make a total of three changes. This can be any combination of contract swaps and player type changes.

So it can either be 1 contract swap and 2 player type changes, or 2 contract swaps and 1 player type change, or 3 contract swaps, or 3 player type changes. Take your pick.

And that's what I said. May be I should had explained it more.

Player Role Change
1=We have two AA bowlers. Give one of them a new role (Batsman) so we have one AA as a Bowler and one as a batsman. When we include AA batsman in XI in some games, we may not need a SC batsman in some games and we can play two SC who are bowlers. This wont compromise our batting a lot.

2=Then We have Three SC, change role of [MENTION=137118]Mir jibran[/MENTION] to Fast Medium.

Third suggestion wrt swap was an idea of changing our B contract (Batsman) with a C Bowler so we end up having B as a bowler and our current B becomes a C batsman.
 
So [MENTION=128087]last_knight[/MENTION] this is what I am getting

1. Change DFK from Bowler to batsman
2. Change MJ from F to FM
3. Swap HR and Abdullah making HR C contract and Abdullah B
 
Will prefer chasing when both DFK and [MENTION=139288]Abdul[/MENTION] play. And we will need a boost for a C Pacer.

Yep, that is the best playing xi to go for in this match don't feel we need to really boost bowlers as it is a spicy wicket already.

I still think [MENTION=139288]Abdul[/MENTION] can be asked to rest for [MENTION=38337]imshally81[/MENTION] . We have an AA batsman in DFK. Two SC bowlers mean we won't miss a 6th bowler and can play an extra C batsman alongwith AA batsman to accomodate for [MENTION=139288]Abdul[/MENTION] .

Sole purpose was that everyone end up having played atleast 1 match.

Regardless, i think we should chase.

My bad [MENTION=128087]last_knight[/MENTION] for not announcing the playing xi, the thing is I was on the road for 12 hours and, am meeting some relatives after a very long time and had no chance to even go on the internet till now.
 
Got beat in the second T20 unfortunately however we have 3 boosts remaining in the last T20I and with normal and bouncing likely to be the combo picked by jeetu we should clinch the series.
 
I think we should play same XI that won first T20 and we shuffle the batting order.

DFK moves down 2 places to take role of a finisher.
