the problem is because of all the monetary rewards the PCB have introduced for a player getting a century, a 50 or even taking a catch.

The cricketers are playing for themselves now and not the team.

Why is Afridi being held back? He's at his best, when there are about 15 overs to go. Remember that 77 off 35 balls against South Africa? He took his time to get in but then it was absolute carnage. Saving him for the last 2 overs isn't good enough - he can inflict maximum damage if you give him a chance.

We wanted Naumanulllah to be given a chance. As Saj said on the commentary it was a "stupid" decision to send Yousuf ahead of Namuan, Misbah and YES even Afridi.
