Day 4 morning session discussion in this thread.

Only an 1hr and 10 mins to go. Will Pakistan make the next session?
 
Well we have lost this one................but it will be good to if Chota & bara Akmal find form.......

Dont forget Amir, it is important our lower order bastmen can chip in like Gul did yesterday with the bat.
 
Under an hour left for the start. Im sure the Akmal brothers must be ready to give it their all today. They have nothing much to loose, hence we might be in for some lovely shots.

it looks like we are nowhere near a winning position, and looking at our batting line up, no where near winning the match, the only hope i can keep is someone to score a hundred and the team to score anything in teh region of 300-350 runs.

Inshallah they will perform today

Need a miracle today - can't say anything much more than that

InshaAllah these guys will try and tough it out rather than get shot out in the first session
 
We lost the first Aussie match by 150 runs, right? I'd be happy if we lose this one by the same margin of runs. Not really looking forward to a new low.
 
Remain optimistic guys, our boys can still do this!

Just need two big p'ships, and England will be under-pressure. Our batsmen just need to believe that they can play England bowlers in swinging conditions. Keep hope!

I am an YK fan too but really guys, his inclusion in the middle of this series would create havoc in the dressing room. The board doesn't like him, many players apparently don't like him. There will be friction in the team, it will rub off onto the younger players too, and whoever thinks our batting will miraculously improve after his inclusion is heading towards disappointment because off-field mood of the team definitely translates into on-field performance. We'll lose our bowlers' performance too.

I think that if we HAVE to include him, then players should be slowly prepared for it mentally by informing them that he ll play for SA tour with the team. He should be slowly phased into the team. These knee-jerk reactions in this tour would harm more than benefit.

Just thinking from Pakistan cricket's point of view and for its benefits.
 
I dont care if current useless players doesnt like them but two Y's should be in the team for the 2nd test.
 
I really hope Farhat stays there till the hundredth over...

If the players dont like him they should go to hell we dont care. There is no player in the current squad with the calibre of Younis
 
Anderson is hitting that good length area consistently. Add to that the ability to move the ball both ways at good pace, no wonder our batsmen have been dancing around

Umar Akmal should just do we he feels like doing here. No point in nudging it around if hes gonna edge it behind,
