I want Pakistan to play confident cricket and not nervy cricket and nervy cautious starts for Pakistan ends up in the deep hole and then the rest of the game just trying to dig out of that hole in survival mode. I am a passionate fan not just of Pakistan but cricket and have been for a very very long time. I want this team to prove they deserve to be in with a chance at the cup. Play with ease, play with confidence and not taking to the last 2 or 3 overs with less wickets in hand too. A total of 238 against this line up should be chased in before the 40th over. Which is why the first 10 overs I say is key to put the opposition under pressure by scoring freely and not just relying on boundary hitting.

Its not hate, its the way he has constructed and genaralised his innings to get to that 50. We can't afford such cautious nervy starts by someone who has been in this team a while now. He only started rotating the strike when he made up his slow start in boundaries. I would like to see him do the opposite. Next game this player will be facing world class fast bowlers. He can't rely on boundaries if he can't rotate strike from the first 10 overs against these medium paced bowlers...
