why do people think we need to score quickly? still around 150 overs left in the test match, provided the weather stays okay

Qasim from the US: "Faisal just completed his 1K runs, congratulations to him, even though it came on a poor average, still its a milestone to celebrate"

:))) :)))

133 overs*

And I don't think Moyo will be comfortable declaring with anything less than 275.

We havent removed the deficit and you're already talking about 275?

Sanchez from Australia is happy with Pakistan's run-rate: "I think Pakistan are playing superbly. After losing two early wickets, they needed to rebuild their innings so they had a chance to save the match. Once they get a bit of a lead, they can try and accelerate later today.
Sanchez? Following cricket? What is the world coming to?

pak needs to make around 275 before NZ can bat again...if there is more rain delay then Pak should bat all they can and allow their middle order to practise before they head out to face the Aussies...

Was explaining to him why people think we need to score quickly.

Vettori's prayers finally answered by the rain. Kiwis can now breath a sigh of relief.

Exactly what I feel. Vettori was so happy when they walked off. He was jumping and giggling like a lil girl.

He is too smart not to realize the potential threat of Faisal Iqbal (Karachi).

For Pakistan to make 275, we need a max of 7.4 overs.

All set to start
Check out if Vettori is crying. His heart must be shattered by this small interruption in play. As he would have prayed for a long one.

Faisal has no pull or hip flick shots for short deliveries? He seems to be guiding them down with his bat.

Its time for Faisal to try to accelerate....MoYo needs to continue to play the anchor role from one end. Moyo needs to be there till the very end!

Still moving along very slowly today. I guess Moyo is quite contempt on a draw. If we played at a normal pace, we would be about 100 runs ahead and looking possibly at a good lead by close of play today. At best now, I would think we may be 150 runs ahead today.

Well, this isn't going anywhere. No point staying at the same score for 30 minutes

salam all. i missed half of the match. looks like our openers didn't last long. Still not bad.

Well we still have Umar and Kamran to come out. They could push the score at a fair rate.

This is test cricket..If MOYO plays a rash shot and gets out Pak could be in trouble... :moyo

Both batsman are palying very sensibly..

we need to survive today and push for runs tomorrow. Reminds me of the match against india, the one we won
