I believe the PCB does wrist scans of every player that is selected for U19 WC and Aamer passed. Nasir Jamshed was not selected because he failed, despite being officeially under the age of 19 at the time.

Having said that, Aamer could be 19 right now (he would have passed the wrist exam at the last U19 WC). Its not highly unlikely that people use the incorrect age in Pakistan
