I remember growing up watching Pak-WI series sitting on the edge of my seat hoping our top order could just see out the overs from Ambrose and Walsh.

Or seeing batsmen duck and cover against the searing pace of Patrick Patterson.

However facing this attack has been like an afternoon stroll.

The pitches are not helping WI bowlers either. There is no bounce and on these tracks, bowling back of a length is pointless.

The length WI is bowling on this wicket, Pink, white, Red ball won't matter. In fact on a green top PAK score would have been 150/1 now as the ball would have come on to bat. For 6'8" height, Holder is happy bowling on a length that will get him a wicket of top order in 60 overs. And Bishu will match Bradman's average with ball if he plays most of his Test on those UAE wickets.

PAK should blow WI top order with Sohail & Aamir swinging it against openers without any temperament, neither sense of off stick line. After that, there is enough bounce for Yasir for those Gang Ho middle order & the tail starts from 8. Besides, it's different ball game of slogging for 20 overs in a 60 metre ground & facing 4 attacking bowler with 6 catchers & 550 runs behind - after 10 hours in the field. And, PAK bowler will get perfect rest between Day 2 & 3; then again Day 4 & 5 - if Misbah doesn't enforce the follow on.
