I'm watching it on TV, completely uninterrupted broadcast, high definition... no ads between any overs/drink breaks/inning breaks at all, you actually get to see some behind-the-scenes stuff too like what happens before the match (teams preparing at the pitch, cameras getting set up etc.) and it isn't Ten Sports either it has no channel logo on the top. I think it's a direct feed coming from somewhere to my cable tv provider, not sure.
