Maybe he does not, these young players are awful.
However, if he does, then he needs to realize that he has the leverage to enforce his own decisions without worrying about consequences.
He is the most powerful person in Pakistan cricket at the moment but he does not realize his power.
I agreed you for once wholeheartedly , But I think he needs to be more aggressive personality wise , he definitely can be like Imran Khan and get things done his way if we wants that , I just don't like his defensive mindset , I am pretty sure Babar already in charge in many things and getting things done his way , its just because of his defensive and safety first approach we are not seeing it clearly what he is doing behind the scenes.
The way Wahab has taken the senior bowler role and guides the young bowlers have been impressive. Some of the other experienced bowlers we had in recent times were just too much self absorbed.
Hope you mean hyperextension or I'll be using you as a case studyI agree with the diagnosis of shaheen. I had similar issues with my knees. Didn't know back then. Because of that i had to have multiple surgeries on my right knee after tearing my ACL twice. I have hypertension in my joints. Like they bend way out. Basically when you don't workout or play much, you lose muscle strength to keep the hyperextension in check. The ligaments became relaxed and can cause injuries or possible tear. I used to play football. Now I can't even run more than 30 mins
God help these young bowlers if Wahab is their mentor. People say we overloaded with fast bowling talent but this mummy is still playing for us in 2020-21 season.

Lol! I think he has been bowling decently in recent times. Irrespective of his own game, he does have a lot of experience which can definitely help some young pacers. Unfortunately we dont have any other senior bowlers to share insights on the field. Amir was too self absorbed and now himself is struggling. The way Shaheen is developing and no other options he going to be taking this senior bowler rule pretty soon.
I still can't figure out who should play with Shaheen in LOIs.
I'm liking hasnain's swing. Titan24
He cannot be faulted for his attitude though. In terms of performance, he will continue to fail against the big sides in ODI cricket 9/10 times.
If he is to be used, he should only be restricted to the back end of T20 innings.
Hasnain is a poor bowler. Don’t get fooled by a few of cheap wickets against a minnow opposition.

Rizwan really needs to score big today, otherwise Rohail can enter the room.
You'd take Hasnain over Naseem Shah at this rate! Naseem is being forgotten about quite quickly with this resurgence of exciting pace bowling in Pakistan![]()
Naseem is our best pace prospect along with Shaeen and hasnain however all 3 are young and will have bad days it's important we support them in couple of years of years it will be a lethal pace trio. You'd take Hasnain over Naseem Shah at this rate! Anyone say he is rubbish need their head examined. He was good in PSL too. He is young and raw and still learning, but already has impressed when ever played. He cannot be expected to bowl fully in control at early stage of his career, today though he is showing great control.Hasnain got it to swing both ways at time. Impressive.
I wouldn't say he's rubbish, definitely a decent bowler. But he's still got a long way to go.
Credit to Waqar Younis.
Shaheen credits his new-found toe crushers to Waqar.
Rauf credits his developing skill with the new ball to Waqar.
And now Hasnain has clearly made changes to his delivery stride under Waqar in addition to developing control over the new ball.
I believe Waqar is a terrible head coach but is doing some good work as bowling coach - should have been like this from the start.
What is the point of playing Wahab in a dead rubber lol? Also why not pick Zafar or Qadir for this game?
Musa also credited Waqar for resolution of his run up issues he was facing.
I think this is the last pair of Zimbos to post something respectable...
Firstly in ODI World Cup super league no game is a dead rubber. Secondly I believe Wahab is playing to give advice to the three young pacers. Thirdly it’s clear Misbah doesn’t rate Qadir or Gohar - Shadab, Imad, and Iftikhar, these are the primary bowling options in Misbah’s mind for ODI cricket.
I expect Gohar and Shafique to get T20 debuts which is an absolute insult to their potential in the longer formats.

Rizwan has become a PCB and fan favorite after the England tour. He will need to fail consistently for a very long time to have his place under threat.

So we cannot beat Zimbabwe without Wahab Riaz advice lol?
Misbah should pick spinners he rates then. Why select them if you aren't going to use them?

Aqib Javed made his first class debut at 12. WOW!
He also retired at 30. Make of that what you will![]()

Shadab
Khushdil
Imad
Rizwan (wk)
Wahab
Rauf
Hasnain
Yup, I don't think he is getting any games there too, unless they make Fakhar sit out.
