PAK is the worst spin playing team among top 7 teams - don’t get hurt for the comment, it’s fact. And, your spin attack is better than probably only SRL, WIN & may be Kiwis. On turning tracks, if Sarfraz doesn’t win toss, PAK will loose almost every game.

Coming to this game, there is another game going on between SRL & SAF on a traditional slow track of Cardiff, 17 overs bowled and SAF is already 100+ ... and Lankans haven’t used any spinner yet - if this doesn’t raise a question in PCT management then they’ll be sleeping even if their wives are abducted from their side.

Yes we are decently covered in spin department and not all pitches are going to be like today. But, as we saw in Asia cup I think a spinner like Zafar Gohar with a lot of FC and list A experience unlike Shadab and Nawaz could have done much better on assisting surfaces.

While Shadab is still young and learning his craft he can on his day create a decent impact and can bowl 3-4 game changing overs considering his skills but other than him Imad and Hafeez don’t necessarily have the ability to turn the match on their head with their spin. So while have spinners Shadab is the only one who is a wicket taker, other two are mostly for keeping it tight. I would have liked another attacking spinner in the squad especially considering when other teams are expecting some assistance and are carrying more spinners this time around then they did in Eng before.

Hope so bro, I sincerely hope so. But, a bit skeptic because PAK is the team that availed Faheem Ashraf 2 years career, earned in one such practice game.

I for one would like to see the next practice game (against us) to be played on 750+ wickets where 7-8 batsmen bats (with few declarations), and 6-7 bowlers share the 50 overs - that’s why they say in such practice games : players 15, fields & bats 11.
