Told you so. This is not even our best team and yet we were pretty confident about our chances. It will take another decade or two to overcome the mental block against our team.
 
Ami only interest in overseas T20 league matches. PCB should just release him.

They def us in CT17 finals right! So you never know, batting first and Fakhar Zaman clicking will take them to 300 which will make our batting line up minus Kohli susceptible to pressure of chasing.
 
In other news, Bangladesh seems to be having the Afghans on the mat. It seems they have finally arrived.

If Pakistan lose this, the scenario is going to be very interesting.

Lol.You could hardly chase against Afghans and do you think you will chase against us.? :P Will be bundled inside 200.Pakistan's only way to beat India is by batting first. You are not chasing anything above 250 on this pitch against us or any decent team with good bowlers and fielders.
 
Over 10 years playing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and we still don’t know how to play there. Pathetic!!!
This team is not special at all. Lots of weaknesses.
 
Sarfraz is not even trying to attack. Just hoping for mistakes from these two. Genius captain.
 
Should've bowled first. Pitch is much nicer for batting but still I bet Pakistan would still struggle, just not as much.

I think if we bowled well and held onto our chances we can get you out for low score that would be the only way I see it
 
Not happening opportunities don’t come often with these sort of batsmen. 2 catches dropped and hoping to win?

Good that now you are coming to reality after boasting in the other thread.I have clearly told you before the tournament itself that there is nothing changed in your team to be able to beat us even without Kohli. Your players bat and field the same way was their seniors and your bowling is even weaker compared to earlier teams.You need to invest a lot in your domestic structure to increase the standard of batting and fielding. Senior coaches cant teach batting and fielding to 21 year olds.

Captain needs to go first. Nothing wrong with this team, they have everything except execution. Batting first and then getting your best batsman run out is criminal for a captain of this side.
 
All our main players and Kaptaan have lost their minds in this series

Its a lost cause. The whole team seems to lose its belief when facing india. The difference in both teams is a class apart. India seems to have done their homework whereas our boys have rode the ct final fpr too long along with the cpt included. Kohli not in the team and pakistanis were like the indians were in the bag.
 
Not been following this tournament. If Pakistan lose today and beat Bangladesh, do they make the final?

You don't have bowlers and especially fielders to get us under 200 on these pattas. All our TTF middle order players are good players of spin and run very hard.So crossing 250 on these pitches without scoreboard pressure will be easy for them.So I don't see you winning against us chasing.
 
A cricketer as a PM and not even this motivates them to put in some effort. There is very little effort whatsoever.

The prob is that we counted those wins as serious ones. Qualitatively we are still dumbstruck when facing quality opposition. Kiwia and india being prime example

They are mentally not there. What you are saying attributes to lack of skill, which is definitely not the case here at all. India and Afghanistan have done nothing special, Pakistan have mentally lost the plot even before the match began. You are saying Pakistan needs to invest a lot in our domestic structure to not allow an inexperienced batting line-up like Afghanistan to score 257 against us?

This is the worst bit of cricket I have seen Pakistan play since the 2013CT.

Good contest here. Pakistan still ahead since this is a chase and our batting after this is below minnow level currently .
 
This has now become a boring match. It's like an international team playing against an U19 team, such seems to be the difference in quality. As much as I would have liked a close match, that seems like a lost cause now.
