I am a big Razzaq fan (hate his attitude though) but 9 off 15 at this stage is pure crap, it looks like he doesn't care about the game anymore. He will probably have a few slogs, it might work otherwise he will hardly care.

I mean why is he playing at all. Najaf deserves a chance.
 
at the end razzaq might be the difference between winnig n loosing though i seriously think pak should win at 284

I agree, SL don't have got the batsmen to chase big scores at the moment
 
1 run off first 3 balls, maybe luck is not favouring Razzaq but mostly it's his own fault how things are going for him.

why are you guys so impatient with Razzaq? Do you think its easy to come back to Intl Level and play at your best right away?
 
Wowie that was a shocking drop by Silva. He had hours to set himself under that.
 
Razzaq chips the ball deftly over Chamara Silva to give Sami the strike.

bowled him all over. Sami tried to whack it over the legside and is cleaned up. Good cameo though.

seriously, i am glad sami played well with the bat because all the guys on this forum cryin about Rao's "batting at the death"... its because of this impatient attitude that y'all will constantly whine
 
Razzaq is marring makhi. swings and misses. when it connects he gets dropped. bowled finally with a swing and miss
 
Razzaq is dumb. he should have protected the tailender and given strike to gul
 
Good shots from Sami, but still doesn't change my opinion.

Najaf should have been included in the team for this series.
 
Razzaq is one of those senior players, who is inspiring to lead the team, and conspired againts YK during champion trophy and may be was ganging up against him recently again. And now for sure he doesn't seem like fully supporting and putting 100% for Malik either.

Though I am not watching match live but could not understand that he is nto even trying, unless he is told to stay till the end, then it will make sense.
 
Lets see here. Razzaqs bowling is woeful, his batting isnt too much better now and fielding, well the less said the better. Not saying he cant improve his form but there is no way he should play the next match.

It's ours to lose, hopefully Razzaq and Afridi will get some wickets.
 
I know its less than what was once thought possible, but how can you complain with 313/9? Excellent score, good batting by almost all of the batsman.

Easy win here.
 
Don't be so sure of a win yet. The bowlers have to play their part now.
 
Been watching, so haven't been posting.

I think Pakistan have set up an excellent total, even though it could have been MILES better. Pakistan bowling in the cool breeze should lead to an easy victory.

Enjoyous stuff from Butt and Hameed today, very pleased. Sami somewhat made up for Afridi.

What did you guys think of Malik going all out early? Was it a good idea, or a bad idea? A show of his aggression as captain?
