I have said it earlier and will repeat again, if Pakistan is serious about WC 2019, Babar and Harris has to be two of the top 3 position. These two are the most well rounded batsmen, they should face maximum deliveries. This planning has to happen now, not 4 months from the WC...All these XYZ as opener is again a stop/gap measure and completely unnecessary...When we are going to face top 4 bowling attack, we need to through at them best we got, not hacks, not spin basher or half baked batsmen :faceplam:

I too second it , haris can be very good at opening position. He has a very good game against quick bowling.

Hafeez should be batting at number 6 and sarfraz at number 4. Hafeez can be a very good hitter in the death overs and we all know sarfraz is very good at rotating strike and isnt a big hitter.

So going forward team should be

Azhar/fakhar
Haris
Babar
Sarfraz
Malik
Hafeez

this should be the top 6.
