Decent session from Pak. Not that quick but not too slow either and importantly, no wickets lost. The second session should have a higher run rate and the third even higher.

bro its test match not 20-20. the situation at the moment requires them to stay on the pitch and avoid follow on. You know the mentality of our Great Defensive captain so im dam sure, Misbah would have said, forget winning this test, just draw this test and it will be our win so ofcourse the team follows the plan so thats the plan. this session 32 overs jsut 91 runs so that tells the story bro.
great to see YK scoring a 50 and AA looking a bit nervous to quickly get to his 50. i wish both of them gets a big 100 and have a huge partnership. would be great to see if these 2 stayed on the crease the entire day.
 
can pakistan score 200, before the new ball is taken. Good session for pakistan but gave way too much respect to herath IMO.

Misbah is defensive ,yes. But no one can lead this limited talent atting team better than misbah. After wasim akram he is the best captain.

One question guys

Will Pakistan move to number 5 after winning this series 1-0 or we need to win 2-0 for that.
 
How rankings are we are well aware. Indian was number 1 for 18 months. We should just concentrate on winning everything.

he pulled a muscle, probably during warm-ups, he hasn't been out on the field all day today, and will not take part in the remainder of this test.

Well everyone has their own opinion. i dont think he is the best captain after Wassim. Im happy his record as captain is very good but it could have been a whole lot much better, if only he was agressive too. He is not a risk taker and always play safe. I will never forget that NZ test match. where we could have easily win the test but yet Mr.Great Defensive Kaptaaaaan said, tuk tuk is the way to go and no need to win it just draw it.

Misbah lacks that Aggressive instinct. which is the only draw back about him.....

if they had a batting coach, they'd b doing better. i think they're a talented bunch, just lack confidence.
 
Misbah has really taken this team forward, the only problem is his age, if somehow he can manage a proper cycle of 3-4 years, we would be a top test nations.
All the ingredients are there, just need Misbah for bit longer.
About being defensive, Iam sure they will get confidence once they win this series and perform well against England. That will be the breakthrough and from then on we might see a new and aggressive Pakistan.

Inshallah and ill be more then happier if our side becomes a lethal one and starts winning series after series with right attitude and with agression. Al the best wishes are with TEAM PAKISTAN n MISBAH

I wish both of them, stays on the crease thought out the day and score big 100s, would be rreally happy and great to see that. Inshallah it could happen as long as these 2 keep playing like this......

Inshallah he bats for a long time. Scores a century alongside Younis Khan.
