Pakistan vs World XI | 1st T20I | Gaddafi Stadium | 12 Sep, 2017 | World XI innings

Amla is the best opener from both squads even in the shortest format.

Lol Shezzy hurt his face there celebrating with Ruman :))) :))) :)))

He's clearly having a horrible day !!

Yea because we have the #1 bowler in the world

Yes he has contributed to that, bhai. Hasn't looked too threatening today though. Hopefully he will make an impact in his second spell.

This is why Raees is such a good bowler - he has a brain and bowls in the right areas

I think Ruman is performing just to troll Chief Destroyer :))) :)))

I know this T20 tamasha but these 65m boundaries are joke, it's as if it's women or kids match and not a proper international men's match, for 2nd match bonderies should be 75 m at least.

It's 65 yards probably, not metres.

in t20 you gotta be smart trundler to be successful. Need variety of balls on flat decks

Somehow Fahim has managed to give only 7 runs after getting smacked for a first bowl 4 :14:

He always performs. Chief just refuses to acknowledge it.

My thoughts exactly. Even when Amir wasn't playing in the CT vs England, he came in and got the key wicket of Hales and bowled well overall.

Warwickshire are on Sky Sports, how dare you?

It's his T20 debut, let him play at least 10-15 international matches

During the CT, he was bowling at decent pace. He just needs to work on the technical aspects of his game- Azhar has already said he has been working with him on this.

What exactly is the bowling order? Why take Raees off after he got two wickets? Is the idea to try and choke the run rate with Wasim? They're going to go on the attack as it is, doesn't make sense.

Yes.

It's actually a great idea as these batsman haven't played Imad much at all and that's when he's really dangerous.

Yep, I have no qualms about his place in the team. Within a few years he'll be a very good all-rounder that this side desperately needs. Not Ben Stokes-esque, but maybe a notch or two lower. It all depends on what aspects of his game he works on.

Anyway though Shadab is THE GUY and he's on now, the star of the team for sure.

yeah man, it's reminding me of those kiwi peanut sizes grounds, it seems cruel for bowlers and viewers as well.

Add to that the bat quality, 2 balls & grass less roads with lightning out fields - I do believe that teams that are scoring 350 these days would struggle to match T20 scores of 170; 35-25 years back.

Lolwut

Amir is the star.

And when he isn't playing, then it's Hasan Ali.

Shadab hasn't done anything substantial in his career to be considered a star.

I'm talking about his aura he carries with him, not his role in the team.

Agree with this- Imad is most dangerous against batsmen who haven't faced him much.

He just needs to develop his bowling to ensure batsmen don't "work him out" over time. It's good to see he has turned a few today- good variation.

It's like giving a machine gun to one competitor and tieing hands of other and then hoping for equal fight, and this always ends in only one way massacre. specially in ground like this you can easily have 80 m boundaries it feels even more redicallous

Yes a lot depends on his attitude. Don't forget when Stokes started his bowling was pretty average.

Fahim definitely has potential- both Mickey and Inzi have a good eye for talent. I want to see him bat properly this series.

Firebreaker must be his first international match for 6 years.
