Pakistan scored 288/8

AK 287/8. 50 overs. Hafeez 101, Akmal 57*, Shahzad 49. Brathwaite 10-0-38-3, Bonner 4-0-25-2, Fidel 9-0-46-1, Bravo 9-0-70-0.

Hafeez retired on 101. Taufeeq Umar scored 44. He was first to be out. Shahzad scored 49. UA remained on 57 no.

UWI VC XI are:
VC XI 40/1. Bascombe 26*. Bonner is the new batsman. VC XI need 288 to win.
Philips bowled by Tanveer on 9. after 8 overs.

Most likely 10 overs gone now.
 
Good to see Umar Akmal in form. Hafeez scored a century in NZ which lead to his form going out the window, hope it doesn't happen again.

Can't see Windies getting past 250.

It was 69-2 after 13 overs.
Now its 75-2 after 18 overs.

One wicket each for Tanvir and Junaid.
 
Wahab should be bowling now, hope that he runs through their middle order.

More happy Juniad has taken a wicket, but that doesnt mean i want Tanveer to bowl bad...end of the day, i would like to see Pakistan win. :D

over which Pak series they prioritized it over?
it's not a charity channel, it is after-all a business that needs to pay its employees and also make money to stay in business. Their efforts however have a significant impact on the general population's moral as well provide a healthy alternative to PTV(Zardari mafia) and other so called entertainment channels that have nothing but music on all the time

bhai, rights for all international cricket events are sold for five/ten years packages, and you can not just jump in and start showing matches for the event which are bought by other sports channel

yes, they were expecting that Ten Sports and ESPN would bring them live coverage of Quaid e Azam trophy, Pentangular Cup, National One Day Cup, national T20 and lot of other local sports.
hay na, bringing live coverage of all local channels makes Geo Super a greedy channel?

shameful behaviour. I thought Pakistan always comes first for you. If Tanvir has taken a wicket then he should not be degraded just because he is older than other bowlers in the team.

Of course they are . If you read i specifically said Geo Super . If you turn on Geo News Or aag these days half the time they are crying that government turned of "pakistan first sports channel" "pakistans only sports channel" "pakistani this " pakistani that -.- . Why used the name of Pakistan just to get some compassion and help from the people of pak . Not to mention that Pathetic Awam de ki Geo Super ko lisence thing. If you think the Government did something wrong to you , Go to the SCP . ITs independent now , it helped you make the cable walas turn of start cricket didnt it ?

Agreed, but there is no such thing as justice in Pakistan unfortunately...

Anyway back on topic. Any news on how the keeper is doing?

geo super is good , its geo news and geo which are controversial. NOne of our entertainment and news channel are permitted in india whereas our channels show their movies and award shows.

VCXI on 94 for 3 against Pakistan. Bonner on 32 off 52 balls and Dwayne Bravo on 8 off 18. Last man out was Kyle Corbin for 10
 
The person doing the twitter account updates was pretty decent on most occasions when Pakistan 'A' toured. As is the case with their cricket team, you can't expect consistency :viv

I wish this was televised so we could see how Hafeez is coping with the captaincy, his tactics, bowling changes etc.
