Not by Pakistan, by International Humanitarian Foundation. A well reputed organization with alot of reach. Also NYT does not sell their ad space to any Tom, Dick or Harry. Tomorrow if some pro-Nazi organization tries to purchase ad space they will not get it.

What makes you think one UNGA speech or diplomacy with revert the situation in kashmir ?
right now indians are focusing on our Left hand.
