Disgusting act and glad IK has condemned this asking or those responsible to be bought to justice quickly.

He is right this is against the teaching of the Quran.

He should have better left out the religious reference at the end. Such acts are bad without any need for religious justification.

I am saying this cause I can imagine those who are more well-versed than Imran to use the same religious reference to call out his policies which they deem to be against the book's teachings.

Isn't worshiping Idols are against Islam?

Worshipping idols is against Islam meaning Muslim people should not practise it but we are to respect people of other faiths. We must preserve our Hindu, Buddhist and Sikh temples to show the world we're an incredibly tolerant, compassionate and loving people. We Muslim people have no right to burn the holy scripture of other faiths or insult any place or worship. Pakistanis should love and acknowledge our pre Islamic past and history as well. We are not Arab's.
