You can choose a maximum of two players from any one Premier League club and you must select a 4-4-2 formation (one goalkeeper, two full-backs, two centre-backs, four midfielders and two strikers).
You have a total budget of £55m to spend on your 11 players - each player can only be selected once.
You may make six transfers to your team during a Game Month, with unlimited transfers available between the end of one Game Month and the start of another.
To score points for the whole of each Game Month, you must have entered your team before the first scheduled kick-off at the start of each Game Month.
You can however enter at any time once a Game Month has started but your team will only score points from subsequent matches once your entry is submitted.
Points will then be reset at the start of every Game Month.

There will be a prize for the manager who achieves the Best Three Months score during the season.
It is a good idea to print out a copy of the Player List to help you make your final choices and use it as reference during the registration stage.

You will then be able to select your team.
Alternatively, you may opt for our 'Lucky Dip' option where your team will be chosen at random for you within the rules of the game. At this point, you can decide whether to change one or more of your players.
You will also be asked to provide personal details such as your name, address, team name (no more than 25 characters), email address and required password (6-15 characters).
Please ensure that these details are filled in correctly as prizes will only be sent to the location stated.

You will need these to check your team's progress during the season and to make transfers. Teams cannot be entered without a valid email address. There is a limit of one team per email address.
