That is a major misconception. I always hear people say that we'll become a better team if the selectors are changed, the head coach is changed etc. It never happens. The only thing that will change is that we'll be seen as minnows (if we're not seen as one already).

Agreed. Mickey and Grant know about our players very well. They will be instrumental in destroying us inside and out. Mickey’s praise for these players indicates he wanted them to remain in the team for a big exposure to come later. Even the great Misbah fears this team as he has already made excuses before this series began. Which means Pakistan is already in a losing mentality.
