Why is Bakhtawer and PPP asking for prompt action from PTI? For their information we the PTI walas are enough to play the opposition role within the party in these cases so they better focus on their own issues and take action against Nabil Gabol beating a guy on airport few days ago.

So i woke up after 7 hours sleep and missed so much action lol.
A storm had been created by none other than PTI supporters themsleves.

Apology and explanation followed.
Culprit personally met the victim (who could be offender himself) and issue has been resolved.
In between all that, we saw some desperate attention seeking journalists and PPP leadership crying out loud 'Yeh ha tabdeeli"..."Ye hai Naya Pakistan".
I wish someone can tell them that it is Naya Pakistan where sitting MPA gets show cause notice within few hours and own party supporters become most fierce opponents. Of course people will make mistakes but trend continues if they go unpunished.

Hours after a video of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) lawmaker Dr Imran Ali Shah physically attacking a man in Karachi went viral on social media, the party on Tuesday issued a show-cause notice to the MPA, saying his actions were “unacceptable”.
The notice says that Shah should present his version "within 24 hours" otherwise he would be referred to the disciplinary committee for appropriate action.
The provincial lawmaker from Karachi's PS-129 constituency was caught on video slapping a man multiple times during a heated argument in the middle of a road in Karachi. The video that went viral showed that Dr Shah was accompanied by his armed guards, who also threatened the man.
After the video drew ire on social media, the PTI lawmaker released a video clarifying his stance regarding the incident. Dr Shah claimed that he was driving by when he saw a man "repeatedly hitting a poor man's car and stopped him".
Dr Shah said that he asked the man to "apologise to the poor man", adding that once people started dispersing "the man abused me and then pushed me".
The PTI lawmaker further claimed that he had only "pushed" the man; however, in the video it is visible that Dr Shah slapped the citizen multiple times.
Dr Shah's armed personal guards surrounded the man who was slapped and stopped him from following Dr Shah, who walked to his car and drove away.
In his clarification video, the PTI leader apologised for "hurting anyone's feelings", but remained adamant that he "could not stand back and watch 'injustice' take place like this".
Dr Shah further clarified that his car was not involved in any accident.
While talking to GeoTV later in the evening, Dr Shah repeated the contents of his video message, but could not properly answer host Shahzeb Khanzada's questions regarding the "unseen poor man" that the PTI leader claimed he was defending.
"The video is incomplete," Dr Shah claimed, adding that he had even "apologised to the man he had slapped".
To this, Khanzada pointed out that the available video evidence didn't support the lawmaker's claim, as he could be seen walking back to his car and driving away "right after slapping the man".

PTI suspends membership of MPA Imran Ali Shah
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday suspended party lawmaker Dr Imran Ali Shah for a month for beating up a man in PTI leader Ali Zaidi said Shah has been suspended till the disciplinary committee conducts an inquiry against him.
Ali Zaidi said, "the disciplinary committee has been asked to conclude the inquiry within a month."
Further, PTI member Najeeb Haroon tweeted, "Due to the seriousness of the matter, a suspension by the organisation is warranted for a period of one month with immediate effect."
He added, "Final action will be based on the recommendations of the disciplinary committee."
Meanwhile, PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry said, "Matter is referred to PTI Sindh Chapter. They'll inquire into the issue and if needed appropriate action will be taken."
Earlier on Tuesday, after a video went viral of the MPA thrashing a citizen, PTI had issued a show-cause notice to him saying his actions were 'unacceptable'.

Back to the topic, I thought the matter had died down but a few more videos have surfaced over the past day or so due to which PTI supporters have once again raised their voice on social media. Hopefully the matter is dealt with appropriately, an apology is not close to being enough.

This ghunda gardi reminds me of Anjum Aqeel the ex MNA of PMLN from Islamabad urban where him and his cheelay beat a senior teacher because the teacher didn't give admission to the son of one of his workers somewhere around 2009. Since then PMLN is my least fav party as its composed of ghundas like Anjum Aqeel and the fact that Nawaz approved such a ghunda in an area like Islamabad where you can find thousands of clean candidates. That incident is till date in my memory.

Because when we had five years of threads pointing out the glaring deficiencies of the both the PMLN and PPP, all the supporters would go missing. Now we have one PTI member who did wrong and the PTI has taken immediate action suddenly we have you questioning everything.

The funny thing is that I have taken two uber cars in recent times.
One was a week before the elections. I asked the Pakistany driver who he was supporting and he said PMLN.
Then went on to say what a Lion Nawaz is and give me the history of pakistany politics and how the Military controls everything.
Then just a few days ago the second Uber driver (also a Pakistany) what he thinks of IK and where the future lies for the country. For 30 minutes I was lectured on how he's an establishment man and that he is only in power because of the military and if it was not because of the army then PLMN would have easily won the election. Then he also started talking about the history of Pakistan and how the military has always dictated who is in power. He went to say that IK is corrupt and that he will destroy the country.
Both times I couldn't get a word in until the very end of my journey when I asked them why is there one rule for Sharif and another for IK?
The hypocrisy is blinding. The extent people go to back crooks and are not even prepared to give someone else a go, someone who has dedicated the last 22 years to Pakistan, not to mention the charity work he's done.

I was discussing with my bro, who is a bgi supporter of pti, why he is given ticket by pti but we couldn't come to a possible reason. Really hope this hate preacher is kicked out from pti even if it cost them a seat. humanitarian principles should be above everything. I get it that for people it doesnt matter much what is happening to minorities as they have so many problems of their own but personally i believe 1 human life is more important than my broken street, water shortage in my home etc.

The tragedy is that we are a nation of quick fixes. We want our PM to be spotless but we don’t see polical workers who commit crimes as necessarily law breakers. I agree that everyone can not be treated as PM but you can’t have one rule for a common man and another for a PM.

I just want to ask a few question, if a British politician was caught on camera assaulting a commoner wouldn’t he be behind bars by now, regardless of his political leanings? Wouldn’t you be happy to see Imran Ali Shah being kicked out of his political party and behind bars, if he were to belong to PPP or PML-N? People justifying PTI’s inaction and telling us how they have gained a moral victory over other parties with regards to this issue are nothing but hypocrites of the highest order.
