Dosbox is free DOS emulator through which you can run Dos programs. For example TurboC 2.0.
I have always used Cricket Heroes. Developer fixed crashes which used to plague league during IBad17's time. However fixing those caused few minor bugs. Another common bug is bowler bowling 3-4 wides in a row.
I have heard that Cricket Heroes crashes on Windows 10 but i havn't tested it on Win10 yet. Works great on Win7 32/64 bit.

There are umpire with dodgy skills in the sim. Especially if Harper , Ashoka DeSilva , Doctove or Asad Rauf are umpiring.
Taufel and Aleem Dar gives less Dodgy decisions.
