Surprised to see no Sri Lankan or kiwi that list. I guess Adelaide never hosted them.
This is not the full picture - I just took a part of it to make a point about the Pakistan batting situation.
Oh I see.
But still I mean not even a single player since 2003.

Rahul Dravid is probably at that top. PRoduced a a match winning performance with 233 & 72 not out. A test where Australia made 548 in the first innings and still went on to lose it.
Lmao look at his face. Failed miserably at his primary job and made a meaningless 100 with several drops and edges. The full list

Wasim Akram and Imran Khan in there too!
'Silly achievement', are you SERIOUS?Lmao look at his face. Failed miserably at his primary job and made a meaningless 100 with several drops and edges.
Most importantly his team got absolutely flogged and he’s so elated at his silly achievement.

Fair enough his bowling sucked, but to score a century in australia against a world class attack of starc, hazlewood, cummins and lyons, is an AMAZING ACHIEVEMENT, especially for a bowler!

Why is 'Pakistan' written smaller than the other countries?
Yasir is a better bat than faf
Ok yeah u can hate on his terrible bowling but he is a very good batsman a 50 can be made by fluke but not a 100 plus luck favours the brave. On top of that he played over 200 balls to get it which shows he has defence and technique and can survive against the best bowlers in test cricket which also shows he has great temperament you can hate on his terrible bowling but don’t hate on the fact that he deserved that hundred and saved our team some shame.
This is the honours board at the Adelaide Oval which lists some of the top batsmen who have scored 100s at the venue. From Pakistan we have Yasir Shah.
Whilst its great for Yasir, what does it say about our batting talent? Point to ponder.

Three points:
1. Wasim Akram is there too. Adelaide has always been an easy venue to score in daylight - that was the argument for picking Umar Akmal who has such a good record in Australia.
2. It shows that in Australia usually the main bowling weapon is bounce. Which makes Pakistan’s cunning “Teens and Dwarves” attack strategy look ridiculous.
3. Consider just how many runs Shadab Khan would have scored here. In South Africa he scored almost four times as many runs as Yasir Shah in half the innings. And four times as many wickets in half the matches.
Shadab Khan would not have gotten as many runs as Yasir and he would have been taken apart with the ball
This tour has shown your love for Shadab is unwarranted.
This is very much of an opinion.
However, that this tour has shown us that Yasir Shah is useless in the Southern Hemisphere is a fact.
So you believe Shadab would have scored more than Yasir and not been as leaky lol?
Neither is the answer for me. I don't agree with the continued selection of Yasir.
I don't know about scoring more, but Yasir had a very flukey series and was the 2nd highest run-scorer from the team for the first and last time in his career. Shadab clearly has more potential with the bat. As for leaky, I don't know, but I am traumatised by watching Yasir bowl in Australia, I would rather take just about any Pakistani spinner over him. Yes, even Zulfiqar Babar.... OK maybe not, but you get the point.
