Fawad is selfish for playing slow, but not Misbah.

Sarfraz is bad keeper, but not Adnan who cost us the Dubai test vs South Africa.

Ramiz is regionally biased and the logic is there for you to see, so deal with it.

All of a sudden Ramiz has fanbois to defend his regional bias.

Sarfraz has to put in hard work to improve his concentration when keeping. He was caught napping before stumping Johnson and this is inexcusable and correctable through hard work. Otherwise play him as a middle order batsman and find a full time keeper.

I think that was a tough chance, if they stick they stick..it hit the top part of his gloves and popped out, if it was couple of inches lower it would have stuck right in.

In saying that, I'm not using this as an excuse and he should work on his keeping.

Best keeper-batsman in Pakistan, deal with it. No one is taking Saffu's spot away until he goes back to being the feeble, awkward batsman he was when he debuted.

Pointing out mistakes and a weakness doesn't mean someone wants him gone Lol! Indeed he's the best WK/Bat in PAK and relatively safer than Akmals.

But still doesn't justify any drops and he should be working on them to be labeled as a "safe keeper".

Then there is no point of wrist-slitting. Saying that he should be working on his keeping won't make it happen, obviously Sarfaraz is diligently trying to improve.

Kami is a history in tests. Sarfraz needs to up his game or knives will always be out if he continues to drop dollies.

bj watling missed a couple of chances as well...it can happen.....pak should be happy that sarfraz is not a shaddy character like kamran and doesnt miss 2 or 3 important chances as kamran used to....
 
Watling has been excellent with the gloves throughout his Test career. Sarfraz has always been ordinary.
 
Isnt it obvious that sarfraz new found fame is due to his batting. He deserves the praise as a batsman in the team and luck has favoured him as well. However, it is a fact that he is not a very good wicket keeper. He often misses stumpings and difficult chances.

He supports Asad Shafiq and isn't he from Karachi? Keeper needs to take catches, Simple as that, Sarfraz needs to work on his glove work a bit and he surely can since he is an hardworking character with grit.

Surely he needs to be ! Nobody is perfect ! We have seen people and this guy supports and working on the specific akmal agenda ! Lets be honest that sarfraz is better than all of them ! And needs a bit improvement on his keeping skills ! Talking about Shafiq, he is the guy that should be supported for his performances !

What performance in ODIs? Averaging 25 @ 68 sr.?
Azhar averages 41 in ODIs shouldn't it be him that people should support because of performance?

How many matches asad have played continuously in ODIs ? If that much chances have been given to him in regular basis i am sure that wouldn't be a debate here ! Comparatively to the brad man u.akmal who have been a brain **** for Pakistan for years and playing continuously !

Nahin karo bhai banda thora jazbati hay. On Kami his days are over, I used to support him back from 2007 to 2010 but he is gone. Sarfraz is here to stay and that's it.

I would take Sarfraz over Akmal brothers any day . . . so much for having an agenda but there's no denying he has been ordinary with the gloves which is unacceptable at Test level.

Typical Pakistani, a brief little purple patch has gone to his head and has started to think of himself as a future legend.
 
At least Kami had a long time without going into his worst phase with the gloves. Sarfraz has been dropping dollies since the start of his career.
 
Batting wont cover this crap. that was standard stuff and he needs to get his head together and focus on his keeping as well. Expecting better standards in the coming tests.
 
Okay, let me just straighten something out. The chance that he had earlier on in the day was hardly easy. It took a thick edge and missed the webbing and hit finger tips.

The chance he missed against Southee was a sitter. He's hardly been awful and was also involved in the runout of Craig.

The thing is we dont have a keeper who can bat and keep so nobody will advocate sarfraz being dropped but the thing is that he is getting lax with his keeping. needs to improve and not regress. He can be our top keeper but he needs to keep improving here.

I agree with Sarfraz maybe getting lax, but in no way is he worse than the previous keepers we've had. He was also slammed last match against Australia, for something that wasn't even easy to do.
 
He is of the caliber of Ramdin and Mushfiqur Rahim but going through a purple patch with the bat.

Nothing special or future great in the making.

I can understand the desperation though, given our well documented wicket-keeping woes.

U can take it out all ur frustration given the fact that ur still on that specific thing working on ! To be the Pakistan's best keeper is something not achieved by most of the people and rated among the best by the best of pakistan from the likes of rashid latif moin khan saleem yousuf imtiaz ahmed and waseem bari ! Ur comments will be blown away in the air ! So, rather be an expert try to be a fair person ! Dropping a catch is a part of game lad !

I hope he does not turn out to be another Kamran.
On retrospect no wicket keeper can be as bad as Kamran Akmal. But you never know. I hope we dont see another Kamran Akmal again ever.
 
He does need to work on his keeping. Seems like a hard worker so hopefully he'll improve. Seems like the best choice available for now.

Why do you get sensitive. Anything is said about Sarfraz and you throw your toys out of pram. Let's have our options which we are entitled. If you think we are wronh then counter argument with something else than this Lahore-Karachi regional bias. This is really annoying.

Lol if u have been witnessing haris sohail situation the poor guy isnt getting his chance to showcase his talent ! The thing about sarfraz is lad that the poor guy is performing and when he is performing the knives are out on him ! How many keepers are in the world who doesnt drop catches or drop the half chances ? Sarfraz has been excellent throughout his career and if u look at other keepers how would u say that adnan have played 21 test matches with an ordinary average and a mediocre keeper ? Rubbish is that what u call when ramiz raja is being biased and rubbish is when previously teams were selected on regional bases and akmal family has been the part of that for so long ! Misbah doesnt like sarfraz and this news has been on the zone for so long and have been reported numerous times on print and electronic media ! He is been in the side because of his performances and he was thrown away to south africe to FAIL and look who was in the side for sarfraz for zimbabwe ? Bradman akmal ! Things have been against him for so long and now when he has started performing people like u come along with an agenda to speak for the people who have brought disgrace on numerous occasions ! I rate a player's match winning ability ovet everything. I'm not going to sit and waste my time watching some x,y,z make their personal milestones.
And I also support players that are unfairly criticized and are underrated.

But then again I am talking to a guy who wants Misbah removed from captaincy and Boom Boom Afridi replacing him to lead us in wc because he is so handsome and aggressive. Lol
